Luxury 5 bedroom 4.5 bath vacation home with direct ocean access. This home offers an inverted floor plan with all new furnishings. The first floor offers a king master suite, 2 queen bedrooms, and 1 full/twin bedroom. The first floor also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and second refrigerator. The second floor has a huge living area with open kitchen/dining area. The second floor also has a king master suite, Florida room off the kitchen, and an upstairs widows loft. Both floors offer wrap-around porches with beautiful ocean views. This home is located 3 blocks from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier and a short 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Welcoming and available host! We had a great stay and thankful for the location across the street from beach access and only two blocks from town. Would recommend kids cups/plates/kids and gate for stairs, but the three young ones had a blast!!

This is an awesome property! It is beautiful - large enough to accommodate family gatherings and so very comfortable! The beach is a stone's throw away and so gorgeous! The house is in walking distance of Center Street and all the restaurants & shopping anyone could want! Kate (our host) is super - very easy to contact and ensures that any needs are taken care of quickly. She definitely made me feel as though my family's visit was if the utmost importance to her. My whole crew feels as though we have found our vacation home/place!

A New Folly Adventure
