Boutique Vera Hotel Room 100: King Room in the Heart of Folly Beach ADA

Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the first floor and is ADA accessible.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 80 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 430 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

We invite you to come enjoy our perfect beach town for a Folly good time!

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Easily accessible. Loved the decor, and the huge bathroom. Great idea to have a table in bath area. Charming. We plan to stay there again soon. We didn't want to leave. Except for driving to the county park to beach, we didn’t have to move the car. Even Berts market and the pier are easy, level walks and my wife uses a walker with wheels. The beauty of this property is the convenience to immerse and embrace the folly beach vibes. Charming property and its not noisy as you might think. The one thing I wish is that at least one of the rooms had 2 queen or 2 double beds. Only because it's easier to have two beds with our medical equipment. With the elevator, we could stay in the other rooms.
