Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 6) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a covered balcony. Amenities include two oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, two elevators, and four public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends, featuring an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen that directly faces the beach/ocean. The Main Bedroom also accesses the private covered balcony, including a large tub and separate shower with double sinks. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historical exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for two vehicles. Per HOA guidelines, RVs, golf carts, and other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
Two elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building, which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA-compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not permitted in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most six people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

22 miles to Charleston Airport.
This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. This is an outstanding place to stay, had everything we needed for the stay. Great view of the ocean and enjoyed many sunrises. Parking lot below was very safe and secure. Elevator helped out alot and carts avaliable for bringing in supplies. Alot of restaurants nearby to visit including Loggerhead's and Rita. Pinkys was nice and it is a small walk to the pier. When we come back we will be here when it is warmer so we can enjoy the ocean. We will again choose this great place to stay.

The condo is located within walking distance of all of the restaurants and shops in Folly. The view from the balcony is perfect. We sawdolphins and surfers every morning. The sunrises were beautiful. The beach is very wide and clean.

Very good unit but dangerous elevators

The unit was wonderful as was the location. The main problems were the elevators. Despite calling management that the elevator was intermittently stalling, 3 days later some of my family was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with no ventilation in 89 degree weather. This required a 911 call and extraction from the local fire and rescue team. This included my 1 year old niece.

Location Location Location

Location is absolutely incredible, beach and ocean are always in view. It’s amazing, leaving the patio door open at night to hear the ocean is such a treat. Huge bonus not only having a pool - but having a pool with an ocean view! Location is an easy commutable distance to everyday conveniences up the road, though Folly is equipped with most everyday needs. We didn’t experience any construction noise or inconvenience that interfered with our trip. The one working elevator was occasionally out of service, which was more of an inconvenience for folks carrying large loads or those not able-bodied. The unit was clean, had plenty of household supplies and towels. No beach towels or chairs (which is noted in the visitor guide). Most of the plates and cups are plastic which is a win when traveling with a toddler. So were all the games and toys!! Kitchen had more than what we needed. Very easily feels like home away from home, in paradise.

Property was clean, well equipped, comfortable bedroom and living room furniture. TV's in bedrooms were appreciated. Nice remodeled bathrooms. Beautiful ocean view.Only recommendations would be to add a recycle bin to the kitchen and supply pool chairs/towels. Note that you can rent chairs from a company on the beach however.

I love this place. This is the third time I have stayed in this condo...love it! The condo is nice, very close to the beach, and close to everything in Folly I need to go! It is my favorite condo....the one I plan to visit every year!

Loved Unit 320

This is the second time we’ve rented this unit. It is a perfect location. Master has sliding door to balcony overlooking the ocean as does the LR. It has everything you need. Full size washer/dryer. TVs in LR and every bedroom. Good sized and equipped kitchen. We stayed a month. Property managers are very quick to respond. We hope to rent again next year.

Only one elevator

There was only one elevator that was operating, which made it very inconvenient to climb to 3rd floor with groceries and luggage. We had to use the working elevator that was quite a distance from our room. I seem to remember when I stayed at this property several years ago we had the same issue.

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room, nice sized kitchen where we cooked 2 meals a day. The kitchen was very well stocked. The view was incredible. The proximity to the parking garage was fantastic. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Charleston was only 20 minutes away. My only critique was that being so close to the beach, there were no beach towels, BUT that is a VERY minor critique. We bought 3 large towels for future patron's use. LOVED this place and would most definitely rent it again.

No sleep

The property itself was fine but 4 days and nights the beach renourishment was directly in front of the condo complex. I know the work is important but as it was going on 24 /7 and was very loud it significantly impacted our test and relaxation.

Lovely Place

This was a lovely place great location fully equipped and convenient to all sorts of amenities beyond what was available at the location. Highly recommend breakfast at Lost Dog Cafe during your stay.
