The floor-plan layout is open and the living space and kitchen flow together. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including stainless steel appliances. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.
Had all the essentials and was super convenient to the beach and downtown areas. Park across the street and a dog park and very quiet. The code to get in didnât work right away but the host was immediately available to take care of the issue. Would 100% stay here again! 10/10!

Two blocks /short walk to beach. Little longer walk to all the shops, restaurants, and night life. Very clean. Quiet. Easy to find. Me, wife and kids all loved parking once and walking to everything we needed.
We were very disappointed with the house. The pictures were misleading as the bathroom was moldy and gross. Even something like the shower curtain which can be easily replaced was all moldy. The floor was dirty - when we wiped water off the floor the white towel came up dirty brown. The lawn was disgusting- trash everywhere including broken glass and a broken lightbulb. The group staying in unit A was very loud at night and the walls were paper thin so we heard everything. Lastly, one of the bedrooms was unusable as it has a strong smell of dog urine.
Adding to our frustration is that Iâve witnessed reviews on this property get removed. If honest reviews were left up we likely could have avoided booking this house. I would not recommend.
Neighborhood/location is good with dog park, playground, tennis courts, and beach nearby.
The property was as expected at this price point. Our only issue was the smell in one bedroom. The rug smelled likeca wet dog and so much cleaner was used trying to cover up the scent it was noxious. We only needed one bedroom so we slept in the other, but if we had needed two I would have contacted the property managers to address.
