Convenient location. Although not oceanfront - it had a nice view of the ocean. Balcony nice. The unit was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Convenient parking for two vehicles

The inside was very clean, furnished nicely with well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. The deck needed more seating and comfortable chairs. The large tables took up a lot of room.

Location, Location, Location. Great location, could use a few more amenities. What I mean, its a beach vacation and they dont provide beach chairs. Had to buy 7 10 camping chairs at walmart or rent 2 chairs for 45 bucks a day. Some minor Hvac temp differences room to room. Master bedroom was ice cold, thank you. Others needed fans even with air set at prescribed 70. View was awesome, could use a deep clean (dust on ceiling fans, update to furniture in bedrooms but was adequate for what we needed. Plenty of space for 7.

We had a Wonderful stay at Swell Life in Folly Beach! The condo had the perfect view and parking was very convenient! We really appreciated that it was pet friendly. The condo was well stocked with equipment and nice linens. It was an extremely close walk to the public beach access and all of the local shops and restaurants. We are so glad we booked here vs. a full beach house down the way. It was an easy 15-minute drive into Charleston! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

Walk to the beach, the shops, the bars. This place was perfect for 6 people. There is even an elevator to help you lug all your stuff to the correct floor. We were able to wash the towels in between beach days. Plenty of room for food and they supply a lot of kitchen utilities. Beds were comfy. Would stay again.

Beautiful Condo in Folly

The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully and well stocked. The beds were very comfy! They are working on getting drapes to cover the Master bedroom which has a patio outside that goes in front of the den as well. We just did not have privacy and the sun peaked through upon sunrise. If you are wanting to stay near all the restaurants and happenings, this is the place! If you are seeking peace and quiet....just be prepared as the partying goes on nearby until 2 am ish. Again, beautiful property and well sanitized and stocked.....they are working on a few things with the drapes and were very responsive - just wish we had known the window was not covered well at all when closing drapes :)
