Summary:

One of Folly’s unique Vacation Homes! San Souci (No Worries) By The Sea. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath oasis is truly a destination unto itself. Whether its soaking in the sun with a cocktail, surfing, playing volley ball on Folly Beach, riding bikes, collecting seashells or cooking for your loved ones in the newly renovated kitchen. You could be enjoying family time playing board games in our cozy living room area in front of the fireplace, this is sure to please the pickiest of travelers.



The Space:

The condo design brings nature inside. The dining area seats 6 to 10 comfortably. The kitchen includes granite counter tops and breakfast area seating four. The living room & kitchen overlook the beach. Also there is a master bedroom with a view of the beach and a newly renovated master bath. There are two guest bedrooms, both with a queen beds. Each have a private full bathroom.

Located on a quiet one way street on Folly Beach across the street from the public beach and fishing pier. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Kentucky living, Charleston dreaming!

Because of work and family we find ourselves in Charleston several times a year. We’re familiar with the area and have stayed in different islands and places but will now only be booking our future stays here (yes it was that good). You’re right in the mix of everything Folly has to offer and close enough to pack everything to the beach and still come back for lunch. The rooms were nice, clean and well managed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Very responsive, helpful and informative. The amount of money we saved by getting this place in parking fees and commute alone pay for themselves! Pictures don’t do it justice! Hope this helps we enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was beautiful and very close to the ocean and so many places within walking distance. We really loved it. however, the towels and bedding were still laying on the floor unwashed and the condo had not yet been cleaned. This may have been partly my fault. I called two days previous to our original check in and asked if we could come in a day early.

Wonderful time

We loved this property especially the porch! We lived out there and had a great view of the beach. We were able to walk where ever we went. The owner was very quick to respond to one question I had. Everything was as it was listed and was better supplied than we have ever been.

Perfect Condo in Folly

We really loved this condo. It's beautiful, clean, well supplied. The location and view is really perfect. We had time on the balcony every day, watching the waves and activity around the pier. right in the heart of downtown. This condo is gorgeous inside! We will for sure stay here again!

Great location!

Probably one of the best locations in the island for access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Looked like condo was recently updated and looked great. The only problem is mold/mildew starting in the master shower, which is a shame since it was a huge, nice shower. Other than that, we could not have asked for better.

Great location and unit. Very clean, 3 separate bedrooms and baths convenient for multiple adult families. Would have liked additional pillow cases for the extra pillows available and more dinner knives but otherwise had most of what we needed. It was a very enjoyable stay. Loved being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants but can see that it would be noisy during peak party season, so were glad to have ear buds/plugs for sleeping on a Friday night. Otherwise, it was quiet.

This condo had everything I hoped for when planning our vacation! Amazing views, short walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Folly! The best rental we have ever stayed at!

San Souci by the Sea is easily the best rental we have ever stayed at - and we have stayed in countless homes over the years. The unit is in a prime location, has a spectacular view with the easiest beach access, and is in tip top condition. The decor is updated and luxurious, the beds and couches are comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and best of all, the unit was immaculately clean upon arrival. Whoever cleans these units truly does an incredible job, which brought us comfort in the midst of this pandemic. The property manager Patrick was extremely easy to communicate with, and overall we had an absolutely wonderful stay. We hope to return many times!

The accommodations were comfortable and atmosphere relaxing. The parking below the building was convenient and the condo was near numerous restaurants (all within walking distance). Lovely view of the beach, pier, and water from third story. Will rent again!

Wonderful getaway!
