" Isle of View" is a spectacular 3 bedroom, two and a half bath, custom-built home on 7 private, wooded acres in Folsom Louisiana, with gorgeous sweeping views of the Little Tchefuncte river. This home is absolutely perfect for either a short get-away from the hustle and bustle of city life, or for an extended period of total relaxation and seclusion. With the enormous windows, and wide wrap- around decks, you will feel literally feel like you are living in a tree house, yet you will have all of the creature comforts you could ask for. There is room for two more people at the kitchen bar. There is a very large comfortable sectional sofa that two people can sleep on, as well as a smaller sofa and two chairs positioned in front of the gas fireplace. If two people sleep on the sofa, then the house will sleep 8. For entertainment, there is a 60" Flat screen television in the great room, with the capability to stream movies ( Firestick) as well as a DVD player. The decor is the perfect mix between modern and rustic, with many interesting and fun pieces of art to enjoy.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire property with the exception of the third floor and the larger closet in the master bedroom. Guests will have access to the smaller closet in the master bedroom, which is still very large. The third story of the house is its own separate apartment and Jenny, the property manager stays there roughly about half of the month. She is VERY quiet and professional and never intrudes on guests' privacy. You can make as much noise and have a great time without worrying about bothering her because on the third floor, you can barely hear anything below. I did not list this as shared space, because you are not sharing any space on the first or second floor. This situation is like having a separate, very private condo on top of the condo you are renting.
