Spacious 100m2 apartment rated 1 star. South facing with views of the resort and the Aiguilles d’Arves. The accommodation includes a large independent and equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a south/west facing balcony (shared with neighboring apartment), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of Résidence La Lauzière which includes 5 rental accommodations of different capacities. (5 to 10 people). Located at the entrance to the station (right bank). 200m from the Soleil chairlift, sports store and restaurant. Departure on skis and return on skis possible 100 meters from the chalet via a blue slope and at the foot of the accommodation for experienced skiers. Private parking at the foot of the residence. Lockable ski lockers and heated shoe room on the ground floor (shared for the residence). Close to No. 474 on the resort map.
