Walked into room that smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Immediately noticed air conditioner was not on and temperature was nearly 80. Unit would not turn on. Went to front desk to ask for another room and was placed in a king suite with a pull out and I specifically needed 2 beds. Traveling companion had to sleep on the pull out. New room smelled better and was cooler but everything in the room became damp including our clothes, pillows, and bedding.

Overall good stay. Rooms were clean. The walls are thin though. We heard everything in the halls and other rooms televisions/music. When flushing our toilet, every other time, the pipes would scream. Not fun when someone went to the bathroom at 5 am!
