This bright and charming Fort Bragg vacation home offers the sound of waves, year-round sunshine, and quiet location for a family getaway or a romantic retreat. You'll have almost a full acre of land with amazing southern exposure, as well as a wind block and privacy from native trees around the property's perimeter. There's also a private hot tub!



What's Nearby:

This home is near the redwood forest and downtown Fort Bragg's restaurants and attractions. Walk to Belinda Point Beach or take a short drive to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, MacKerricher State Park, and the Fort Bragg Coastal Trail.

Good communication and checkin/out. Lots of space indoors and out. Home was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Felt like home away from home! Country setting, but close enough to town for outings. We had a very enjoyable stay at this location.

The house was great. Perfect location and nice amenities. However the scheduled power outage during our stay that we were not informed of from 7 am to after 1 was not cool. We rented this place to do work and we were not warned of this.

Fort Bragg with dog

Hi this was our first trip with our dog Stevie and my mom. The house was spacious for all of us and back yard was perfect for Stevie. The property had texting ability with quick responses. The shower in master was small and shower pressure was weak. Overall was the perfect location for us. Very homey. Would stay here again.

Nice place central to everything.

Cute house that was conveniently located between Ft Bragg and Mendocino. Lots of space kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. Nice area for dog walking as well. We would stay here again.

Restful getaway!

We loved this spacious property. The home has all the things we needed, and lots of nice to haves, like a dog friendly back yard. We especially enjoyed the night sky and early morning fog. We'll look forward to another visit.

Quaint cottage, lovely stay

We had a great time at the house. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We did have a few maintenance notes the owner should be aware of. The fridge is icing over and froze our food in the refrigerator. Screen door in the dining room is not on the track correctly and needs adjustment. The hot tub eyelet screw is not secured. The screw has pulled out from the deck. There is mold along the windowsills.

It was just ok.

A hot tub was listed on the property when we got there it was empty and the backyard was in the middle of construction. The kitchen needs updated utensils and knifes. There was no cleaning supplies expect for glass cleaner. There are much better places to rent then this one. The only bonus was the large backyard.

We enjoyed this home during our family getaway. We loved the coastal decor and location. It was spacious and comfortable. Checking in was easy. The hot tub was nice. Would recommend this property and would stay there again.

Peaceful Oasis

The home was very clean and well supplied. Having the fireplace prestocked with kindling was a lovely touch. Our dogs enjoyed the large backyard space (we enjoyed easily wearing them out just chucking balls in the yard, lol!). The large kitchen table allowed all of us to easily fit. It was very peaceful to sit in the hot tub with only the sound of birds and a distant foghorn. The decor was comfortable and fun, with a very Santa Cruz beach vibe. The location is perfect. 10 minutes to Mendocino, 10 minutes to Ft. Bragg, multiple state parks just minutes away.

Hot tub was not clean. Steps from porch had no lighting when dark out. Step down to den area not marked and with no lighting a falling hazard. With extremely spoty WiFi coverage, extremely difficult to communicate with management about check in and previously mentioned issues.

Great Location for Vacation

This is such a cute, clean home base for the Mendo-Fort Bragg area. The home is equipped with everything you will need. The backyard, deck and outdoor BBQ made the stay perfect. We enjoyed a little time in the hot tub too. The location is perfect for visiting the botanical gardens, dinners in Mendocino and we booked a fishing trip that left out of Noyo Harbor. Fun trip - will be back!

Great location

The house was okay. Wouldn't give it a five star. I gave the master bedroom to my brother and sister in law. The next a.m. she told me she had to go sleep in the 3rd bedroom due to the urine smell in the master bedroom. Stains on the carpet were disturbing in that room as well. We took our own backyard chairs thankfully. The location is great, the back yard is great for dogs. We keep our dogs crated in the house whenever we take them on trips. Oh, and this might seem petty, but the silverware is really unpleasant. I would bring my own. I know I am kind of picky, but it's just the truth for all of us actually.
