Just a .5 mile walk to old town to explore our breweries, restaurants, shops, and music venues, then relax in a stylish, professionally furnished home. The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking with quality essentials. CSU campus is just 1.4 miles away if you`re taking a tour or visiting a rammie. This old town charmer will make you feel at home and is professionally managed by Rise N Shine Rentals.
This is the ground level unit of a duplex home in old town. This ranch style unit offers no stairs except for the 4 leading into the home. The other, 1 bedroom unit, is upstairs, accessed by an exterior staircase and separate entrance. The two units share a private laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided but the rest of the home is private to you.
