Excellent townhome in Fort Collins! The home was perfect for a friend reunion. We had short drive to Old Town and the CSU Tennis Center (where we caught shuttle to Mishawaka for a concert). The home is clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to groceries, coffee etc. Will rent again.

Host was responsive with questions before check in. And we really didn’t need anything during our short stay. We had two moms and 2 teenage daughters, and we had plenty of space to spread out and have a little privacy. Each bathroom had shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. And a hair dryer. Laundry was easy to use and equipped with supplies. And many thanks for the snacks!

Nice place to stay. Clean, good location, about 12 minutes to CSU. Easy check in / check out. Only one downfall - there’s a small family room with only a small couch - it was fine for us, but if you have more than 2 people you can’t sit and lounge. Would have to sit at kitchen table and counter.

Truly a home away from home!

This property was perfect for my family to fully enjoy our conference at Colorado State University. Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to decompress after our days of training and a home-like feel to buoy us through each day. Fort Collins Condo

Zhibo’s place was lovely. It was very clean, spacious, and served our needs perfectly. He was so nice to deal with and promptly took care of a small issue we had with a tv remote. We loved the location of the condo as well. There are bike and walking paths right out the door and grocery shopping and a few places to eat nearby. Since it’s located so close to family, we hope to have a return stay.

Loved This Place

We have stayed at several vrbo properties all over the US and this was, by far, one of the best. Fabulous location, very clean, we used the garage, everything was updated and the kitchen was loaded with everything I needed to cook, which I love doing. We used the grill several times and found it more than sufficient. We felt safe in this lovely neighborhood and the property manager was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to the wonderful state of Colorado. Thank you for a wonderful vacation knowing we had a great place to go home to every evening.

Fantastic stay - they thought of everything

We stayed at this property for three nights. It was clean, well organized and kitchen was well stocked. I made our dinners and breakfasts here and there was nothing that I needed that the kitchen didn’t have. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. There is only only one thing that would’ve made it even better: black out curtains in the upstairs bedrooms. The downside (if you can even call it that) of it being a safe, well-lit location is there are a lot of street lights outside. However, it didn’t prevent me from sleeping nor would it prevent me from booking this place again. It was awesome!

Great Place!

This home was perfect for 3 couples! It was very nice to have 3 bedrooms with bathrooms! The beds were very comfortable and location excellent! Having a grocery store very close was handy! It made our stay in Fort Collins even better!!
