How close is Beautiful Old Town Apartment with Hot Tub & Bikes to the airport?
This apartment is 14.7 mi (21-min drive) away from the Fort Collins, CO (FNL-Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal) airport, the closest popular airport to the property.
The location was great. Hot tub was very nice. It was a nice space. It is a basement unit which was not clear from posting. Also, since it is a basement unit it was quite loud. You could hear whenever anyone walked or did anything above.
Perfect location to walk downtown or jump on a bike. The property was in great shape, I rented an electric bike and locked it up in the backyard. I canât say enough good things about the management company they were so helpful throughout the stay. I will stay at this location again in the future.
This is a basement apartment which was not made clear by calling it âgarden level.â That said, the ceiling are tall and it was very clean and homey feeling. Only coming here to write a review because one MAJOR thing needs to be changed. There is a door in the apartment that very likely goes to the main floor of the house. This door only has a lock on the side of the homeowner ONLY. Meaning the renter canât unlock it, but anyone in the house can. It needs a dead bolt, a hook and eye, something that protects the renter from someone unknown being able to enter the space.
My daughter and I stayed here. It is a beautiful place! Well decorated. Well stocked. And the washer was the best unplanned bonus! We had to wash quite a few of our clothes to be ahead of the curve when we got home. The hot tub was amazing! And after all of the stress of preparing for the wedding, planning, running around, dancing, food and wine, it was a welcoming relaxing time!Beds are super comfy! And the extra blankets were great for cozying up on the couch to catch up on Emails!
We had a wonderful time in FoCo thanks to this comfortable and well appointed basement apartment. Itâs so close to lots to do and see in Old Town and also a lovely place to rest between adventures.
We stayed in Ft. Collins for 4 days. This place had everything we needed to make our visit top notch. From a clean comfortable apartment to the perfect location. We walked many places to eat and shop. The apartment offered the perfect location for our family to relax and visit after our long days of hiking. I highly recommend this place if visiting Ft. Collins.
Stayed here while attending a conference on the CSU campus. The place was exactly as described, and it was a perfect quiet retreat from the University and Downtown crowds, but close enough that we could be anywhere we needed to be in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!
The place is recently renovated and exquisitely maintained with one exception (more on this below). The location is fantastic, near parks and downtown restaurants, all walkable or bike-able. The emails and texts with the renting agency were friendly and responses were rapid. BUT the place is advertised as a garden apartment and it is a basement apartment. It has a small window well in each bedroom, so dirty (and one has a cover over it) so there is virtually no natural light in the apartment. And the temperature controls are in the upstairs unit. I was staying in the place when the outside temperature was 95+ but the apartment was so cold that I borrowed sweaters and slippers (instead of using a space heater, which I could not bring myself to do in June). I wonder whether it is too hot in the winter. I told the company about the windows but they did not clean them while I was there, and they said they would discuss changing the advertising from âGarden levelâ to âbasementâ. I donât think they can do anything about the temperature thermostat so if you go in the summer you may want to take a warm sweater and some slippers.
