Last minute booking, and they didn't gouge us like some others. Very nice front desk person. Different decor, interesting. Comfy beds.

Cute hotel, not my cup of tea

The clerk couldn't find my prepaid reservation, even though I handed him a confirmation that the hotel had sent. He then re-charged me for the room and I had to get him to back those charges off my credit card. The breakfast did not look nice, so we chose to eat elsewhere. The sheets gave my husband hives.

Was a very cute place based on the pictures. Once inside the main entrance was in great shape. The rooms were good but the hallway and the windows could use some updating. Overall was happy with our choice

Great staff Downsides: There was a continuous smell of toilet in the room. No room service after day 1. Breakfast quality was low. No normal milk, just vanilla and nuts milk.

Room was clean and in good condition but there was no window, and no closet or wardrobe to hang up clothing. The TV was not plugged in and we had to move the dresser in order to plug it in. The hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was mediocre - muffins and one of the hot offerings was out and not replenished while we were there.

Mixed feelings

Stayed with my child and had a mixed experience. The hot tub was out of service, and we found a pile of ants in the first room. Staff denied it, and no compensation was offered. The second room had broken fixtures, no toiletries, and a dirty cloth in the shower. The pool was fine, and one staff member at breakfast was friendly. This hotel has potential, but right now it feels neglected and run-down.

The rooms are tiny but clean. I suggest bringing your own pillow if you can. They're old and chunky. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Some of the rooms don't have windows, so I suggest specifically asking for a window if you want one.

The gentleman at the front is very nice and pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom is small but beautifully set up. I forgot to mention at leaving their was not shampoo or soap in dispenser. We carry our own but they should be checked daily

Check in process a disaster!

The check in process was a disaster, the front desk clerk after 20 min attempting to check us in, gave up and asked me to have a seat while he helped others in line. After we finally got a room key only to find the room was still dirty and this was after 4pm. They gave us another room but the whole process toke over an hour and they refused to do anything to compensate us after paying $185 for a simple room. We will go to Super 8 next time!
