Guests have full, private access to the entire townhome, including the air-conditioned garage game room, which is available for use throughout the stay.

PARKING

Parking is limited to standard passenger vehicles only. The designated parking space assigned to the unit accommodates regular cars, SUVs, and minivans. Trailers, commercial vehicles, oversized vehicles, boats, RVs, and any type of attached equipment are not permitted in the parking space at any time.

GETTING AROUND
The home is conveniently located with easy access to Las Olas Blvd, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, and FLL Airport—all a short drive away.

Any locked owner closets or cabinets are not accessible to guests.

Please place the trash cans on the street in front of the mailboxes for pickup. Use the black can for trash and the blue can for recycling. Pickup is on Wednesdays for trash and recycling, and on Saturdays for trash only. Let us know if you need anything.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service included. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each check-in. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

TRASH & PLUMBING
Please take out trash regularly to help avoid insects. Flush toilet paper only—no wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. Plumbing issues caused by improper use may be charged to the guest.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, soap, trash bags, basic kitchen items). Guests staying longer may need to replenish supplies.

LAUNDRY NOTES
Washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal hygiene items.

CLIMATE & HUMIDITY
Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running to maintain comfort and prevent humidity issues.

CHILDREN & SAFETY
Children are welcome. Please note the home is not child-proofed, and cleaning products are accessible. Adult supervision is required.

The garage has been converted into an air-conditioned game room for guest enjoyment. This space is intended for family-friendly use only.

Florida’s climate supports wildlife. While the home is on a routine pest control schedule, occasional insects may be encountered, especially if doors or windows are left open.
