Everything was perfect with this stay. The property is amazing and is located in a quiet neighborhood, right off the beach. The house is beautifully curated as a beach house.Host is very generous and and kind. Host promptly responded to all questions. There were no concerns to address.All instructions were clearly laid out. Everything you need for a beach holiday was provided. Kids had fun in the game room and adults could use a peloton bike.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa by the beach! The photos online were great, but the actual home was even better in person—spacious, beautifully decorated with thoughtful details throughout, and incredibly comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.One of the highlights was the elevator, which made a huge difference for one of the adults in our group who has difficulty with stairs. It made getting around the villa so much easier and more enjoyable for everyone.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, and the beds were super comfortable—we all slept great! The entire house was SUPER clean (and this is a big one for our group!) The game room was a huge hit, especially on a rainy day when we wanted to stay indoors. It kept the kids (and adults!) entertained for hours.We loved the rooftop area with its views, and being just a one-minute walk from the beach made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The location couldn’t be better.All in all, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and well-equipped beach getaway!

Amazing townhouse on the beach

Incredible updated 4 story townhouse steps from the beach. Elevator very convenient. Every bedroom had a bathroom in it or near it. Kitchen was modern and fully functional. All the beach toys you can imagine. Best part was the proximity to the sand and beautiful water.

.this is the one!! Gorgeous home just steps from the beach with incredible views and a ton of room to spread out. Everything that you need for a 5 star stay is right here! No need to worry if it’s clean

so thoughtful!! They even went out of their way to send my wife and I beautiful roses for our upcoming wedding. How sweet was that!! The house is simply amazing! The surrounding area is serene, quiet and tranquil, yet you’re only a long walk or short drive away from the heart of Hollywood Beach in one direction and Dania Beach in the other. Everything that you need is right here. There’s not a thing that the hosts didn’t provide to make our stay less than perfect!

Amazing Stay! Great Property!

We have been using VRBO for over 10 years and have to say this was by far our favorite property. If you are on the fence about this property, pull the trigger! You will not be dissapointed. Neighborhood:Having lived in the area many years ago, I knew the area and it did not dissapoint. The house sits a short 5 minutes from the beach, making it extremely easy to come and go to the beach. Beach is quiet, super empty (on a very busy spring break weekend) While most parking lots were full and without space, we were enjoying the beach with no issues. Very quiet neighborhood and still a short drive away from the Broadwalk (or you can walk/bike if you prefer)Property:What can I saw, this place has EVERYTHING! Owners did not hold back. Whatever you need, you will find it here! From all sorts of toys/chairs/umbrellas in the garage to use in the beach, the house comes fully loaded with top of the line everything!Huge TV in the 1st floor, Samsung "The Frame" (I'm buying one of those for me now :) Sonos speakers throughout! This is a techie's dream house. So many spaces to hang out with your family, we truly enjoyed every spot. The terrace is a dream! Bedding: Top of the Line mattresses and linens! Plenty of extra pillows and blankets.Communication:This is where Changing Tides took it even a step further, making sure we had everything we needed, constantly reaching out, responding to any questions within minutes. Also thank you so much for the flowers. !!!

Easy and comfortable

The owners are great to work with and allowed us to switch our booking from a different week to another at no additional cost. This was our second time here and everything was as easy a comfortable as before. Check in and out was breeze the house is always clean, spacious, and super convenient with close proximity to the airport and the beach is just a 1 min walk away!

Amazing Property!

This house is beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved everything about this property! There was plenty of room for our family (5 adults and 2 teens). The house was very clean and had everything you could want. It is only about a block from the beach and there were plenty of great restaurants very close by. The host was incredible! He reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and was very kind. I highly recommend this house!

Our entire stay was incredible! The hosts went above and beyond in so many ways! They checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed! They were thoughtful and incredibly generous! We celebrated my parents 40th anniversary while on the trip and they dropped off a bouquet of flowers off for them! We unfortunately didn’t have the best weather but their cozy(and very clean) place, gifting us ice cream and the quick walks to the beach when it wasn’t raining didn’t impact our stay at all. We felt spoiled during our trip! Thanks for the best hospitality- We can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing Vacay!

This is an amazing house! It’s steps from the beach (almost private location!), has everything you need for the beach (toys, umbrella tents, chairs, wagon, paddle boards, floaties, coolers, etc) and is just so so nice inside! We had a quick stay at changing tides with our family. House was fantastic and met the needs of our group – comfortable bedrooms, and a well appointed kitchen. We appreciated the lower family room for watching NCAA. Basketball host was very thoughtful and reached out with suggestions when the weather didn’t cooperate.

30th Birthday Celebration

This property was everything you could have asked for to stay at, if you’re looking to stay close to the beach. We had 8 total people stay and everything was provided for a relaxing day spent on the beach. The amenities included beach chairs and even a beach tent! So we never had to use a rental company. The listing details are accurate and everything from bath towels, wash cloths, to kitchen appliances were provided. Also, the house is close to some local restaurants that provided great food and even better views. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond with anything needed for the house. I booked this house to celebrate my 30th birthday. The house and host truly made for a birthday trip spent with friends all worth it! Even hoping to come back and celebrate another birthday here!

Stayed here for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat show. Excellent property, super clean and had everything we needed for an extended stay. Location to beach was great and only ten minutes from airport. Tiki Tiki down the road was great for dining. Excellent communication from host.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE, WE WILL BE BACK!

I have never had such an amazing experience staying at a VRBO, so many great things to say, I dont know where to begin. Let's start by stating that the pictures do not do this place justice, the property is 10x nicer than the photos show. The level of detail in every single room, is stunning. The garage has umbrellas, tents, toys, towels, wagon, you name it! There are beach towels, bath towels and a beautiful laundry room so you can keep everything clean. There is a game room machine in the first floor area which gives it the feel of a movie room. There are Sonos speakers all over. Smart TVs in every room and living area. Wifi QR codes all over the place. Everything is labeled, binder with instructions for eveything in the unit, they could not have made our stay easier. If you are looking for a place to be close to the beach, close to many restaurants/bars, and close to Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, this is the place to be. We will be visiting here at least once a year as my family did not want to leave this beautiful unit! The hosts are also amazing, answering and questions or concerns without hesitation. THANK YOU!!

The house was very clean and looked just like the photos. We loved the numerous amenities provided and the owners were easy to work with and great at communicating. The airport was super close and the beach was a very short walk away. Our family had a wonderful time and we will be back again!
