The hotel is outdated and needs work. The elevator stopped working! We were on the 4th floor and my husband had to take 5 trips up and down the stairs☹️ The bed was nice and firm with no dips😁 Not the best area but you can get to many places quickly from the location. Front staff helpful.

We typically stay at this location when visiting family. This was the first unpleasant experience, however, we did not mention it to the staff. The staff was very friendly as usual. The room, suite 302, was not it though. Moldy shower curtains, the two regular beds make so much noise with the slightest movement it was almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The water pressure in the shower was not strong and hot water was lacking. One of the restrooms did have a musky odor.

Only one elevator which is really slow and broken my last day. Hall has furniture outside. They say no smoking but I could Smell cigarette and pot smoke 3 of 5 nights- nothing happens. Seems like at night there is one person on duty. One morning there was no internet for several hours because they had not rebooted the server.

The second floor and room smelled very unpleasant! The hotel is very run down!!! Rust in bathroom around the floor, the shower. Walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor(elevator broken) was dirty, peeling paint and dark! No hot water…only slightly warm! Very, very disappointing for a Best Western! The place needs a lot of help! The reception people ere great!
