KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Malibu House sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chair on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (soap and shampoo) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.



GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Monday night and Thursday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates three (3) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour le retour de la plage cest bien relaxant. Le seul petit problème qui serait a corriger est la dalle de bain entre les deux chambres le drain de la douche l'écoulement est lent. Nous conservons un excellent souvenir et gardons votre maison en note.

We had the BEST time at this location!! Close to everything, clean property, plenty of space. It was me, my husband and our 3 kids….ages 20, 17 and 11 with our little dog. LOVED it. Definitely would stay here again!!

Would not recommend to future guests per the description on the website.

Pool was not usable when we arrived as water level too low and full of leaves. When I called I was told someone would be out ASAP. When I asked if that meant 2 hours or two days the person hung up on me and never called back. We arrived on a Sunday and the pool guy arrived out on Wednesday to take care of the problem. The bathrooms were extremely tiny and the floor in one was filthy. All the glass showers had dried water marks meaning they had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The televisions were all smart T.V. And we were unable to get live T V with the result we were unable to watch any T V during our stay.. when we arrived the internet was not working and had to call and have someone come to take care of that problem, that is when we were told we would not be able to get live T.V.. I could go on but I hope you get the picture.. I would definitely not recommend this property.

We (6 adults and a 2 year old) stayed at Casa Malibu in February 2025. The property was as described. We found it well maintained albeit a bit dated. The property manager was accessible, responsive and courteous. We enjoyed the Miami Zoo, Hollywood Boardwalk, Yellow Green Farmers Market and the on-site private pool. We would recommend this property to other families.

The home was very roomy. We especially loved the three full bathrooms and the multiple televisions. The house is a bit outdated and could use some repairs. We would also suggest the owner provide microwavable dishes so we could re heat food. However, the owner was extremely responsive and timely addressed all our issues.

This home was the perfect location for our visit to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area. The floor plan was ideal for our party of 6. The home needs some repairs and improvements however it fit the needs of our trip. We had an issue with the cooling system but property management answered very promptly and the issue was resolved.

Great Old Florida home.

Great old Florida home. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Kitchen was great. Definitely some wear and tear noticed on the property. Good location. Communication with the concierge is delayed but they are responsive. We spent a lot of time in the house due to flash flooding. We were safe and dry. Would stay there again.

Great Getaway With Friends

This is a great base for fun things to do in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or even for a day trip to the Keys if you’re interested. The property staff always answered when I called and were helpful. The cleaning instructions and rules were simple and easy to follow. We had a great week and will be back again!

The property was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We had a problem with one of the drains in a shower and a plumber was sent the same day. We would stay there again.

The property is as listed. We were with 3 couples and 1 single so it was very refreshing to see 4 king size beds, especially since we have 3 larger people and one pregnant momma. Arrival was very easy, as was check out. Laundry was outside which took a little time to find. Spa is not a hot tub and was very chilly but pool was beautiful. We did have a plumbing problem day one. We called and the maintenance team beat us to the house and we were already in the car driving back from the beach. Very impressive. Tree roots and a broken pipe was the issue. Replacement pipe was being laid the following morning, quickly and quietly. You wouldn't even know the ground was dug up if you weren't there. As for the house, it's a little worn. Definitely needs some paint, hard water clean up on bathrooms and pool. Could use some cleaning supplies such as a mop (which we bought and left) had a bottle break day one and was on our hands and knees washing the kitchen floor because there was nothing else to use. However, all said and done, we would definitely go back to stay.

The location of the house is amazing; close to the beach, grocery store, CVS, etc. You'll have everything you need in a short distance. I would say that, the pool, and the 4 bed/3 bath (important for big families and hard to find) are the only thing that make this house great. Everything else was pretty basic. There were two spots in the house where the floors weren't finished and my grandmother kept stubbing her toes on the part by the front door. One of that bathroom's showers clogged every time and that same bathroom's toilet barely flushed. Wifi was iffy. Kept trying to stream and movie and it paused every 5-10 minutes. House is spacious! Beds were comfy. TV in every room was nice. The pool being heated is awesome, especially for cooler months and night swimming and I understand there is a fee BUT when I called the property manager (ValGal not VRBO) they told me it was already included in the price. But then just two weeks before my stay, I got hit with a $50 pool heating fee AND an extra $50 booking fee (which I already paid through VRBO when I initially booked the house). I don't mind paying for the pool heating fee, it was just that I was told it was already included and then when I called about the charge I was told "I never said that" and was they didn't refund me that extra $50 booking fee. Because of that, I don't know if I would recommend this place to anyone (it's the principle of it). I'm just kind of left feeling "eh" about the place. It was OK.

Lovely property inm a residential neighboorhood, close to everything.

The house is just like the photos. Large living space with the bedrooms at the 4 corners so that the guests do not disturb one another. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient, each with a shower. The pool is lovely and there is a nice outdoor area as well. The house is not new but in good shape and the artwork on the walls adds to the tropical feeling. I would rent here again.
