Located in the prestigious waterfront neighborhood of Lake Estates, “Cozy Coastal” is ideally situated so that our guests can make the most of their time in sunny South Florida. Situated east of US-1 in Fort Lauderdale, you are within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Within a 10-15 minute drive you can enjoy numerous malls, world renowned Las Olas Boulevard, fine dining, museums, performing arts centers, golfing, tennis, fishing, paddle boarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing charters, boat rentals, concert venues, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades Cruise Port and much more


This waterfront property offers a coastal casual dĂ©cor with soft colors and textures that will make you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk through the door. Clean, comfy and everything we needed!

We were looking for a comfortable place to catch up with friends and to explore from and this place was so quiet, comfortable with a lovely decor inside and plenty of visiting spaces! The owner checked in to see if we arrived ok and whether we needed anything. The outdoor space was disappointing at first being on the end of a canal but turned out to be a bonus as the water was nice to watch and there were fish, and other local birds etc to watch and it was beautiful at night. The house was equipped with everything we needed including toiletries, blow dryers, coffee makers and the nicest fluffy towels! The tubs are older but super clean with great shower heads. Each bedroom basically has its own bathroom with tub/shower so it was perfect for two couples! We travelled around the area and found many great spots for restaurants and beach visits!

Lovely Intracoastal Vacation Rental

From the moment we entered our home away from home, we were amazed at the space, the decor, and how comfortable our bedrooms were. My girlfriend and I each had our own room with en-suite and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms were spotless, well stocked with fluffy white towels and quality toiletries, and the beds were perfect and filled with fluffy pillows. The kitchen was better stocked than other places I’ve rented, and the laundry room was filled with everything we needed for a day at the beach, or in the back yard. I would highly recommend! Thank you Christian for being a responsive, attentive, and accommodating host!

We couldn’t have been more happy about choosing this property being retired. We are snowbirds and enjoy going down to Florida every March picked a good time couldn’t have been more happy about choosing this property . We are snowbirds and enjoy going down to Florida every March picked a great time and a great place. The home was just so cozy and very quiet and Private. It’s located on the intercoastal so the backyard is the intercoastal. Lounge chairs in the back were beautiful for just relaxing and looking at the water very private and very quiet. The cottage itself was well equipped with coffee and things to cook with and spices to cook with, and we would definitely choose this again for the location. Could walk to restaurants a block away although we rented a car it was easy to maneuver because the neighborhood was so quiet and not a lot of traffic.

Very Nice on a Canal

Everything just as described. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful church within view with bells that were nice to hear. All appliances worked well including a/c. Very nice home for two couples with separate bathrooms. There is even a Ferrari dealer down the road in case needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Early Thanksgiving

This was a wonderful spot to get the family together. Our son and wife live nearby so the Four of us were able to have them visit and enjoy being together in this clean and comfy home. The kitchen was well equipped for a family dinner. The beds were comfy. A great place to stay.

Great spot

Stayed here for a week while attending an event. Christian was a great host. Very laid back and responsive. Not a checklist with rules in sight! On the first day our coffee maker wasn't working. Christian replaced with a new one the next morning. Enjoyed our evenings/nights hanging out by the water. Would come back for sure!

The house was tastefully appointed and the owners took the time to leave us a wonderful welcome package. All essentials were provided including paper towel. Everything was well laid out and easy to find. The check in process was simple, with no stress. Will stay there again!

Conveniently Located to Everything

We so enjoyed our stay at Tropical Waterfront for a few nights. The place was perfectly clean and had all supplies needed. Brothers and sister traveling together, so, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The location was walking distance to restaurants and we could Uber from the cruise port, to the mall, beach, airport. Overall great value for two, instead of sharing a hotel room.

We really loved the cleanliness & comfort of this property. Having bathrooms attached to bedrooms was perfect. Owner was quickly responsive when we had questions. Living areas had comfortable furniture. Patio was an awkward location having to walk through damp grass. Bathrooms very clean but some updating needed. Nice neighborhood but traffic on Rt 1 was terrible & difficult.
