Right after checking in, my sister went to use the restroom and noticed that the toilet seat was broke. We couldnât take baths because the pop- up/ lift-rod was taken out. Kitchen cabinet handles were missing. The first night we arrived, the host tells her handyman to stop by at 11pm without asking me if itâs ok. He tells me that he is there to fix the broken pipes under the kitchen sink. The host did not tell me anything about the kitchen sink issue so this too was all new to me. The handy man was unable to fix anything and said he would be back the following morning. After waiting for him all morning, I texted the host to tell her that I needed to leave because I still hadnât had my breakfast due to the handyman telling me to not use the sink is fixed. The host tells me that our issues are minor and that Iâm being aggressive and rude and she refused to make any sort of apology. The issues were finally fixed while we went to get something to eat. After Intoldbher that I will be checking out, she promised me a one night credit for the first night if I stay. I agreed to stay but that night we are awaken at 4am to a couple outside the bedroom window screaming at each other. They tell me that they live there and carry on. I immediately call Carolina and she tells me that itâs âshared spaceâ and that she wonât be giving me the first day credit that she promised me for the toilet and kitchen sink issue the day. This place falls and deeper into disrepair with every passing day.
