Summary:
Deerfield Beach Floresta Family Retreat is a charming and comfy 2,000+ sq ft hacienda, located in east Deerfield Beach close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. This very affordable South Florida vacation rental home is a perfect destination for small families and groups of up to 8 friends. The back yard with the pool is also fenced in and offers 100% complete privacy. There is also a screened in covered porch in the back for outdoor barbequing and dining, come rain or shine.

The Space:
4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a bright & airy layout delivers the iconic tropical South Florida vacation experience! Hardwood floors and marble, granite, and tile features in kitchen and baths add a note of luxury. Three bedrooms feature king size beds and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for youngsters. Master bedroom is a stunner, including modern LCD television, lavish master bath, and French doors that open directly into the outdoor Florida room.

Living room includes plush couches and seating, large LCD television, and separate entry to the Florida room. Wireless Internet is included. The kitchen is outfitted to gourmet standards, with high end appliances and premium space for preparing meals, and pass-through for easy access to the attractive dining room that seats 8.

Guest Access:
The cozy and very private backyard includes a swimming pool with child-friendly wading area and waterfall feature seating. Outdoor play set for kids includes slide, swings, and sand play area. Oversized and fully screened-in Florida room allows outdoor entertaining in style and includes comfortable seating and complete designer outdoor kitchen with gourmet grill, kitchen, and sink.

Deerfield Beach House

Our stay in Deerfield Beach was wonderful!! I was there with my three sons aged 18, 16 and 11. The house was about a 4 minute drive to the beach or a 12 minute bike ride. The property was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pool was very clean and the owners provided toys for us to use that were kept in the shed next to the pool. The beds were very comfortable and every room had a ceiling fan. It was a perfect space for me and the kids to spread out and have an enjoyable vacation. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and we would stay here again!

This property is professionally managed. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the beach. Place was very clean with hotel grade bedding and towels. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor BBQ was a very nice set-up inside the screened area,Lots of chairs and loungers around the pool. There were bikes and beach chairs available for the guests.Overall a very nice place that was well appointed with everything a guest could need. Can easily recommend this place.

Great location

Great trip. My wife and I came with our baby grandkids. The only drawback was that the pool needed to be shocked. Location is great. Close to lots of good food, shops, and beaches. We enjoyed the Deerfield Beach parks. I love that the homeowner left bicycles for us to ride. Home was fully stocked with all the things you would need. I would definitely book this property again

Best Family Getaway Ever

Wow! So much more than we expected! Everything was top notch from the fully equipped kitchen to the oh so comfy beds and bedding. We did not want for anything. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pool and we loved the screened-in porch and eat in area with the opportunity to bbq. Would certainly stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking. Overall, I likely wouldn’t rent this property again; however, if it fits your needs and assuming they address some of the bigger issues (i.e. ants), it definitely can be a good value for the price. The bad: Ants EVERYWHERE. On the laundry machines, all over the kitchen
 heaven forbid you left food on the counter for more than 10 min and it’d be covered with ants. Needs a bug treatment. Pool was not cleaned once in our 8 days there. Got pretty full of debris
 No one responded to the messages we sent in the app for the pool to be heated - had to call several times to get someone out
 missed a few good pool days! Main bathroom needs a good scrub - tub was slippery with some type of film. Power went out 4 of the 7 nights we were there. Would make for a very hot sleep. The good: Location was great, quiet and clean neighborhood, walkable to many places! Easy access to stores and beach (by car). Linens were clean and bedrooms were comfortable. House was spacious and broken up nicely for privacy. Pool was very nice and big for a group to play in - swing set was a great addition. Best check out process I’ve had (very little on the renter to do, which was a nice touch when traveling with kids). Recommend they address the issues with ants and cleaning because the property has great potential, all things considered!!!

Great family vacation over the holidays

We really enjoyed our stay. The house comes with all the kitchen appliances you need, strong internet, beach chairs and umbrella, some children/baby items and a cute playground. For the most part everything worked well except that the fan to use the bbq in the sun room was broken and the pool didn't heat overnight. Take note that the children's bedroom is in a converted garage but does it does cool adequately with the air conditioning. The house also had all the tv channels and netflix/prime etc (though could use a bigger tv). Overall we recommend the stay and think any family coming would have a great time.

Great house

House had just about everything we needed. First night there while inspecting we noticed the oven was broken and let the property manager know and he had someone out the next day. He also came out and showed us how to work the pool door alarm and brought us some child proof door knobs which helped ease our minds. Outdoor kitchen and patio area was amazing. My son couldn’t stop talking about the basketball hoop that was in the photos but wasn’t there anymore. Ended up purchasing one off of marketplace so the house has a new one. Plenty of towels and sheets/blankets. Could of used a kitchen towel or two though. Hope to be back at either this house or one very similar in the future!
