The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4pm due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in.



We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best form of communication is through Airbnb and we usually answer quickly. We are only a phone call or message away in case of an emergency. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

• 🚗 Parking – Parking on the grass is not allowed in order to protect our sprinkler system. Please park only in driveway or along the street.

• 🍖 BBQ Grill – Please make sure to clean barbecue grill after use and keep the BBQ grill covered when not in use to help protect it from weather damage.

• 🎯 Yard Games – Ping pong and corn hole games are provided for your enjoyment and are located in the bedroom closets. Please return them to the closets when not in use to prevent weather damage. Failure to put them away properly may result in an additional fee.

• ⏳ Support – If any issue comes up, let us know right away. While we’re not on-site 24/7, we’ll do our best to resolve things quickly.

• 🐜 Nature in South Florida – Due to the tropical climate, you may occasionally see ants or roaches even in the cleanest homes. We provide monthly professional pest control and appreciate your understanding.
