Just Right!,

The beach is only a few hundred feet away! The neighborhood is quiet. Joseph is a gem! Every need met and every communication answered! We stayed here for six weeks an would have come back, but the house was already rented for next year!

Great comfortable house near beach

This is our second stay here. Great location a few houses from the beach and bike trail. Easy bike ride to Hollywood broadwalk. Very comfortable and clean house. Nice to have a washer/ dryer and diswasher. We will definitely plan to come back!

Great staycation!

My children attended Miami Dolphins Jr football camp in Davie, so I chose to rent this property on the beach for a week rather than drive back-and-forth from Miami twice a day. It was so wonderful to play and relax on the sun setting beach after a long day of exercising in the brutal sun, and have the convenience of home cooked meals in a roomy stocked kitchen rather than splurging with restaurant meals everyday. The ( beach in this area was so private and close
everything about our stay was wonderful!!!

Everything I needed and more!

It was very clean and conveniently located about 500 feet from the beach! This allowed me to see the beautiful sunrise without having to drive to the beach! I will definitely be booking again, soon!!!

Amazing!

Not only did we enjoy our time out and about, we felt right at home and were able to relax when we returned from our outings. Close to the beach, well-equipped kitchen, several bookshelves with great reading options (we particularly enjoyed Dr. Greer's "Physician in the House”). Not enough space to share all the positives!

Great experience!

The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could need (towels, beach chairs, dishes, etc). The layout was great (2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom) and the hosts were also very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Location-wise -it is steps away from beach access which is great as parking could get quite pricey.

Perfect get away away from the bustle

This was a great home for a family of four to get away for a week. Far enough from the bustle of Hollywood Beach that we had a quiet beach week but close enough that we walked up there a couple of days to have a more "exciting" day. House had everything we needed and was great - host was responsive. Great week!

Great Stay at a Great Place!!!

My wife and I and our son and his girlfriend stayed for a long weekend and it was really nice. It was clean, felt homey and had everything we needed. The Dania Beach location was perfect for blending a quiet beach area with easy access to Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk. The owner was above and beyond in answering questions and doing everything to help accommodate us. We would definitely stay there again!!!
