* Small kitchen area is available for light cooking; please clean up after use.
* The space is not baby-proofed and may not be suitable for infants or younger children.
* Quite hours are from 10 pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
* Please be a respectful of the property and neighbors.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
• Please keep areas (like the kitchenette and patio) clean after use. No parties or events inside the room
• Only registered guests are allowed—no extra visitors, please

About cleaning fee: For stays less than 28 days, cleaning fee is $60. For more than 28 days, it will be $130.

If you're planning to use our BBQ grill, there's an extra $60 fee for it. Please, let me know if you will use it prior your stay.
