Sunset Paradise Villa

Welcome to Paradise, to our modern 2 bedroom Villa. This villa is less than 4 minutes walk to the sandy beaches with some of the warmest, clearest waters in the area, and steps away from the famous Pompano Pier. Enjoy clear blue waters and fine golden sand set the stage for a wide variety of beach and water activities, from shipwreck scuba diving to boating to surfing. In walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach bars and playground. Make your vacation unforgettable.

This apartment has a separate entrance and is part of the duplex. The other 1 bed /1 bath unit is also rented through Vrbo, so if you travel with a larger group and might be interested in renting both units, please ask for availability.
In this beautiful brand new Villa, you will have a full kitchen to cook meals and spend time with family and friends. Fully furnished living room with a large flat screen smart TV with high speed internet and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. In the living room you can find a sleeping sofa for your extra guest. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet and a large flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the bedroom room open to the covered patio with a view. The second bedroom has two twin beds, private bathroom, a closet and a large screen smart TV too. This villa has a private laundry with a washer and dryer. Also, we provide beach gear, including chairs, toys, and an umbrella available for guest use. There is free parking available for up to 2 small cars or 1 big car.

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM (no loud noise or music)!

Backyard:
The shared areas include a beautiful backyard, a heated pool as well as the patio furniture and barbecue. Also, in our yard, you can enjoy the show of a very beautiful sunset with spectacular colors. You may also relax by our beautiful pool with a glass of wine. To heat the pool, we recommend asking in advance as it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat. The yard is fully turfed, and we have a few lawn chairs, perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.

Security:
Outdoor surveillance and security cameras are motion sensors and are always visible located to see the front doors and the backyard area. There is no surveillance system inside the property.

Our property is 4 walking minutes to the beach, 10 walking minutes to the famous Pompano Beach Pier and many restaurants, 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL), 45 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA), and 50 minutes from West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
The famous Las Olas – downtown Fort Lauderdale – is only 10 minutes away and boasts great restaurants, lots of live music and nightlife, as well as Lauderdale-by-the-Sea!
