The hotel is shabby.It should have been updated 5 or 6 years ago. The staff is fine BUT understaffed. I took my room with breakfast, but after waiting 45 minutes for a table 3 days in a row I stopped going for breakfast and ate the charge for the next week.

I have stayed a few times in the north tower and really liked my stays. This time I was in the south tower and the room was fine except the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor to the point that it made it difficult to shower. I know they were doing some maintenance on the water lines over the nights while I was there so hopefully this would fix this problem as othwerwise the stay was fine

Clean room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice pool and easy access to beach. Enjoyed yoga class on the beach with Linda. Hotel generally is a bit tired and in need of a refresh but didn’t detract from a nice stay. Good do with more than 2 body boards for the beach. Lona restaurant is great for food and drinks.

Sliding bathroom door was very hard to open and close. One elevator wasn’t working so it caused numerous delays in getting up and down from the 7th floor. No refills on the coffee were made during our 2 day stay.
