Your family will fall in love with this fully remodeled single story home centrally located to everything downtown Fort Mill has to offer.

Nestled on a quiet charming street you are a short 7 minute walk to Main St. where you will find shops, dining and entertainment! Within walking distance of Walter Elisha park and green space area complete with walking trails.
The space
This completely remodeled home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.. There are two queen size beds and a queen size pullout sofa bed. Enjoy preparing meals in the spacious kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven microwave and dishwasher.

For the coffee lovers you will find a coffeepot K-cup combo with an assortment of starter K-Cups cream and sugar.

Enjoy your coffee on the front porch swing or take it to the large deck out back. In the evenings roast some s'mores on the back porch with a propane fire pit under the string lights.

Catch your favorite show on the 50 inch smart tv in the living room. Bring your own password to access the assortment of streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, Disney+ and more.

Relax with a family game night, choosing from several game/card options including puzzles and an amazing selection of books for children, teens and adults! There is something for everyone to read.

Location was great, neighborhood was charming and quiet. My only complaint is about the condition of the back deck. It was dangerous with several warped boards and rusty nails sticking out. Outdoor furniture had moss growing on it. Fortunately it really was too hot to sit outside anyway. House AC was excellent, also kitchen was well equipped and book collection was fantastic. I wish there were some drawers in bed rooms for clothing storage and we only had one blanket/duvet in the house. Water pressure was great with lots of hot water . With a little more TLC this house would be top notch.

Great location but dirty

Great location. Quiet with large back yard. Walking distance to park with a playground. Centrally located to everything. Only issue was with cleaning. Walked in and every looked clean but The ceiling fans had lots of dust bunnies. Used a Swiffer wet cleaner when first got there and swiffer cloth was dark/dirty. 4 year old was coughing since day 1 and got sick. A week into 2 week stay, I got a nasal infection with tempature. Stuck in bed with cold sweats for 1.5 days. Finally found the return vent and saw the filter was caked with dirt and hair (hasn't been changed in months). Immediately went to the store at 10 pm to buy a new filter.. Wet swiffer under the bed I was sleeping at and it was dirtier than the living areas. Closed 2 of the 3 vents in the master bedroom (1 was just under the head of the bed) . Washed all the sheets and finally slept better but still coughing a week later.Great house / location but cleaners / owner needs to work on cleaning better.

Long weekend

This newly remodeled house, as it is advertised still needs a lot of work. Many things in the house did not work from the washing machine, to the overhead vent, and the electrical outlets in the bedrooms when we first arrived. Although the owner was prompt in repairing the outlets, the electrician left holes in the wall after the work was completed during our stay. In addition, the place seemed so thrown together with a sloppy paint job, a very worn couch, a rug with many holes, discolored bed linens, a super wobbly bathroom faucet, a large hole in exposed brick in the kitchen, and very uneven poor quality vinyl flooring that was already breaking in some areas. This place could be super charming but still needs a lot of work, and for all the issues we encountered on our stay, we really should have been offered some type of discount.

Meeting Baby

The house was cute and cozy! The location was excellent within walking distance to downtown and all local shops! We especially liked the personal touch of snacks and wine from the owner! Would definitely recommend this house!

Excellent choice!

We enjoyed this home in Fort Mill. It’s in a friendly neighborhood where we could walk in the evenings. Close to everything. Cute decor with all the amenities we needed. The host was a pleasure to communicate with. I recommend it!
