I am so irritated with Expedia. I purchased the $9.00 insurance. We hada family emergency in the past 24 hours with a very scary experience with my 96 year old mother. Therefore I have to postpone my trip. I called Comfort Inn to change my reservation, but they said since I made it through Expedia, I had to call Expedia that was very difficult. It took over a half hour just to get to somebody who sort of could help me then result is they don’t know and then I guess his insurance is like filing a claim for a car crash it’s just as complicated and I have to file it with the company. They said I’d have to cancel my reservation for today and then do a new reservation for tomorrow and we figure that out tomorrow and I said no I cannot show up at that hotel tomorrow night and not have a reservation so I did it myself through the hotel and it’s $166 or something so right now I’ve got over $300 wrapped up in this one night stay And I can’t tell you how irritating this is and how many times my call was lost by Expedia and then I got to go through the whole process of getting connected. I am just so disturbed about this. I thought I was doing the right thing by going through Expedia but I now know better go directly to the hotel they guarantee they told me that I could cancel this reservation for tomorrow night at any time with no cost. Why am I purchasing some stupid insurance? That is gonna be another parcel to get reimbursed? OK I am sure you’re sorry you asked for my fe

I love staying here so clean and the staff is so kind. This time I got to my room and a little rubber duck was in the towel. Always fresh water and coffee going. Great spot

TV with DVR !!!

I'm old school, so having a tv with a built in DVR was like being at home. First hotel I've stayed at that had that set up and it made watching sports great!
