Greetings from sunny Florida! Bella Lago Resort Condominiums are in the upscale community of Bay Beach on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach. The FABULOUS BELLA LAGO 444 is a spacious, air-conditioned resort-style 3 Bedroom/2 Bath condo with an open concept layout that has been professionally outfitted for a perfect vacation experience.

As soon as you enter this spectacular condo you will see the beautiful details, including lighted tray ceilings in foyer and kitchen. Professionally decorated with a Florida flair, the owner commissioned several large photographic artwork pieces to honor their love of Fort Myers Beach. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and lanai allow for the sea breezes to cool the rooms if you want to turn off the air-conditioning and open the lanai doors. The large, gorgeous and completely remodeled kitchen has custom cabinets with granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch or a complete gourmet meal. Planning a dinner party? The dining table can comfortably accommodate 6 people for dinner.

Living room is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Plenty of comfy seating for everyone to relax in while watching the game on the huge flat screen TV. Reclining sofas are a welcome pleasure after a day of outdoor activities. And best of all, is the lovely screened in lanai that overlooks the lake, the pool and the Gulf beyond. Enjoy the gorgeous tropical setting with palm trees swaying in the breeze. Enjoy watching the osprey, egrets, blue herons and pelicans that frequent the lake with a fountain that lights up in the evening. Enjoy sitting out with the newest best-seller and a glass of your favorite wine.

The luxuriously decorated, large Master Bedroom Suite has a King Sized Bed with a comfortable mattress and fine linens. You can walk right out to the lanai from the Master Bedroom. There's a huge flat screen TV on the wall for you to enjoy a late night show. A corner desk and comfortable desk chair offer the ideal spot for anyone required to work remotely. The fabulous Master Bath features double vanities and both a Roman Tub and a walk-in shower.

Down the hall to the opposite end of this wonderful 1,673 square ft. vacation condo are the First Guest Bedroom and the Second Guest Bedroom, both outfitted with fresh designer linens and decorated with a coastal vibe. Each Guest Bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed and a TV as well. The newly remodeled Full Guest Bath with a shower/tub combo is right next door to both Guest Bedrooms.

There is a laundry room in the condo with a large capacity washer and dryer. There is free WiFi throughout the unit. A secured lobby, building elevator, and ample parking for your convenience. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Cross the street, and through your private beach access greet the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a warm relaxing day at the beach, numerous water sports, take a relaxing walk on the beach, go shelling or watch spectacular sunsets! Dolphins frequent our seven mile beach which has warm water, sugar white sand that is soft and wonderful for building sand castles. We provide beach towels!

Bella Lago guests are treated to wonderful Resort Amenities: Resort Sized Heated Pool, Fitness Center, BBQ area, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocce Courts, Walking Paths, and Chipping and Pitching Greens. Best of all, Bella Lago Guests have a private Beach Access directly across the street. Just steps away, there is a crosswalk with flashing lights in front of the Bella Lago complex that leads directly to our beautiful beaches.

As special as the Bella Lago complex is, you'll want to venture out and explore the Fort Myers Beach area. The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants in Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
