Book your tropical stay in Unit 601 directly on the beach

Unit 601 is one of the large end units with spectacular views of the gulf and pool from the screened lanai and from the additional side balcony accessed from the kitchen and larger bedroom sliding glass doors. It is a 2-bedroom condo with 2 full baths. The larger bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite tiled bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed next to a second tiled bathroom with a tub and glass shower enclosure. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances bought in the summer of 2022, prior to hurricane Ian and have never been used. In 2023 we installed throughout new hurricane impact windows with turtle glass. The condo was completely repainted in 2024 with soothing coastal colors and decorated with comfortable coastal inspired furniture, including a new dining table and chairs with seating for six. Beach scenes and treasured local landmark photographs adorn the walls, many taken by our favorite Fort Myers Beach resident photographer. Our lanai is newly painted and provides a beautiful space to dine al fresco, or to simply relax and enjoy the view of the newly landscaped grounds around the pool and the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. It’s also a perfect spot for spotting dolphins, manatees and shore birds!

Caper Beach Club is conveniently located across the street from the amazing Beach Public Library, the Bay Oaks Community Center, Manatee Pass Preserve, and a short walk to the historic Mound House Museum. It is an easy beach walk to restaurants and shopping near Times Square and to the fresh seafood and tropical drinks at the bayside restaurants! Come and enjoy the relaxing beach life!
