While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. Welcome to your vacation Condo! the perfect getaway! Located across from Santini Plaza on the south end of the island, Estero Beach & Tennis 101A is the perfect spot for a couple to relax and enjoy all the island has to offer!

You can enjoy intimate dinners prepared in your fully-equipped kitchen, or make use of the on-site BBQ and cook up a great meal to enjoy on the open balcony. With all the boating and wildlife activity it's a pleasure to sit outside while dining.

The Living Area has a flat screen TV to watch your favorite programs. The Bedroom has a Queen-Sized Bed to lull you to a restful sleep after a full day at the beach.

Laundry facilities are located in the building (there are no washer/dryer in this unit) and are available to all residents and guests of Estero Beach & Tennis Club.

The Estero Beach And Tennis Club Resort Complex which sits on 11 acres of lush tropical vegetation offers brand NEW 4 Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts, a fountain lake, resort-sized heated pool, 7 miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf right outside your back door, great fishing, all at the southern upscale and quiet end of Fort Myers Beach AND all for the best deal on the island.

There is a STRICT no smoking, no pets policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and concerts at Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
