Estero Beach & Tennis Club 608B is a Neat & Clean one bedroom, one bath condo located steps away from the Gulf of Mexico on the southern end of Fort Myers Beach, Florida. It accommodates four guests. This condo has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area. You'll have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Have your coffee at the dinette table or out on the patio. The Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a room divider, offering privacy when it's time to retire. An adjoining full bathroom awaits you for a quick shower or leisurely bath. A sleeper sofa accommodates two guests. Sliders in the living area open onto a patio where you'll have a choice of views - take in an ongoing tennis match, watch for the numerous birds by the pond that have a claim on it, look past the island to the back bay or gaze at the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful island life dots all of these views.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $200 Refundable Security Deposit required for this property. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities, elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.
