Fabulous Waterfront Island Vacation House! Walk To Beach! Dock Your Boat! Heated Pool!

Private Homes, South End Island house
WEEKLY MINIMUM Rental from Saturday to Saturday in peak season (Dec - April). $500 Refundable Security Deposit

Ready for a wonderful FLORIDA FAMILY FUN VACATION on FORT MYERS BEACH!!! While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!

This fabulous canal waterfront home has been recently updated with a new kitchen featuring granite countertops and an island dining area. The open floor plan overlooks a heated pool, a dock and the canal that accesses into The Gulf of Mexico. Newly redecorated with island-style furniture, this beautiful home is one of our most popular vacation rentals.

All three bedrooms have individual en suite baths. The master suite has a separate entry to the deck that overlooks the pool and the canal. The Great Room has a high definition TV with Comcast On-Demand and an entertainment system with surround sound. Wireless internet is available in the entire house.
The home is 200 yards from one of the widest points of beach on Fort Myers Beach.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

If you love the beach, you won't find a better vacation home for your family to make cherished memories. Sun, sand and surf await you at one of the country's top 10 beaches. Enjoy 7 miles of white sugar sand beach - watch the dolphins play, swim, fish, collect seashells, bird watch, go for a pleasure walk or healthy run, play at all kinds of water sports...and don't miss our world famous sunsets!

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

The house was great. Location great. Clean. Trolley on Estero Blvd a big plus It would have been nice to know that the area surrounding the pool still has damage from the hurricane. Otherwise great experience.

Great location

The property was in a great location. Quiet with easy access to the beach ⛱ and resturants. The pool was nice, but there are steps that get very hot to get to it wear your flips. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware. Now the downside...the mattresses in all 3 rooms although new are very uncomfortable, you roll into the middle of them and they are pretty flimsy. All 6 of us were very stiff and sore by weeks end. There are many little things that would make this rental a step up. The blinds were broke in the living room and bedroom. The ice maker did not work. The fan in the bath did not work. Light blankets would be nice as the comforters are too thick as tje ac it to be set relatively high. The fans are a positive and needed un the bedrooms. Just a little tlc would make this place so much better. We also did have a few florida visitors in the sinks and showers.

Amazing Holiday Retreat!

Beautiful beach house on the canal just steps from the beach. The interior is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and very comfortable. The huge kitchen island makes cooking meals a party! The bedrooms are all en-suite and the pool was just lovely at the end of a hot day. I would highly recommend this property!

Beach vacation

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! The location was perfect!!! Quick walk to the beach with a boat dock in the back that took us out on the water in minutes. The pool was perfect for our family as well. The house is perfect for a family with 3br/3ba. The management company was quick to reply and helpful each time I called or emailed. The open layout of the home was the best for family time in the evenings. We can’t wait to come back!

FMBeach home Location Location

We had a great week in FMB at this home. 3 couples enjoyed the salt water pool and the beach which was a quick walk across the street. Convenient to restaurants and movie theatre. We felt the location was the best in FMBeach! My only complaint was the mattress. I like a firm mattress and this appeared to be a pillow top. All in all I would recommend this property!

Excellent.

This property was exactly as advertised. Clean, open and airy. Excellent place for a family. We have spent decades going to this end of the beach and for those like us who prefer to stay at this end, I can't imagine a better property!

Awesome stay at Fort Myers!

We had a very lovely stay. Everything in th house was as advertised and met or exceeded our expectations. Staying in a house on the south side of the beach is much better than the north which is a lot more congested. Walk right across the street to the wide open beach. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area.
