Beach Villas #101 - Beachfront Condo with Screened Lanai!

Beautifully updated beachfront condo in the Beach Villas complex. This 2 bedrooms 2 bath unit is located at the North-end of Fort Myers Beach. The Beach Villas complex is in a prime location. You are within walking distance to the Time Square area (local restaurants, entertainment, and shops) and Bowditch Park.

As soon as you enter our unit, you will enjoy Gulf of Mexico/beach views. Watch gorgeous sunsets on your private lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom with a walk-in closet, and entrance to lanai. Bedroom #2 has two full-size beds and there is a sofa bed. There is also a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower setup. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included. Our property is perfect for your next Fort Myers Beach vacation.

Looking for additional space to rent with friends? Inquire with us and we'll confirm if our other units in this same building are also available for your dates.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter). NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Beach Villas (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.

Beach Villa Ft Myers Florida

The condo was very nice and plenty of room. I was informed of construction going on with replacing the windows after I had booked. We were ok with that since we would be at the pool most of the day we only got one day of pool time and they closed it and blocked off the tables, grills and even the shower area to rinse the sand off. Also the thermostat keep going to 80 degrees and we had to keep turning it down. They told use we could use the Pink Shells pool but they wanted 65 for a day pass, a little much for a day. Would I stay there again? I would have to say No, but I will say the rental company was very helpful and they granted use early access the day we arrived and they did give me a small refund. Which I was not expecting.

The condo was very nice and the sorrounding area is beautiful. The towns nearby still seem to be in recovery mode from the recent hurricanes. Excellent birding and fishing nearby!

Amazing! 10/10

Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the view, on the beach! Condo well equipped. No HD channels or ability to watch my streaming apps, not good. Park on north end closed. Got take out at the Pink Shell bar next door a few times and was good. Parking good.

Right on the beach

Sunsets everyday and no sand or crowded locations. You can watch the pool and hear the fun. Hope that Ft Myers recovers and returns the fun dining locations next time.

Great Beach Getaway!

We lived our week at this beach condo. The location was perfect
.right on the beach and just a short walk to Times Square (downtown). The condo was very clean when we arrived and well-appointed with whatever we needed for cooking. Even though it’s a small space, all of it is used very efficiently. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Fort Myers area.

couples get away

We had concerns about the recent Hurricanes in the area, but all went well. Great location, condo clean well stocked had all we needed. Actually we brought a few things beach items (chairs) we didn’t realize they were provided. Would recommend.

Some Suggestions, but overall good

Everything was as expected. I have stayed at Beach Villas several times at other apartments. I would rather have the same check in and check out as the other units, 4pm as opposed to 5pm check in and 10am checkout as opposed to 9am. And lastly I do not want to have to go to a different address for anything especially if I have a electronic lock.

Exactly what we we were looking for!

This could not have been better. The pictures matched the experience. The Condo was just as pictured and looked directly to the beach. We were on the first floor next to the steps that led to the pool, beach & parking lot. Could not have been more convenient. The management company, TriPower, made everything super smooth and simple. We walked out of the condo and saw Manatee's, dolphin, starfish, sand dollars and shells galore. Shops are not close but still within walking distance. We want to thank everyone for making it such an awesome vacation!

Enjoyable anniversary

First time at ft myers beach, had a great time. Times Square has so many dining options, and some reasonable souvenir shops. Catholic Church in the South end had great mass times. The unit made us feel like we were right on the beach, it was very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, pots pans and dishes. We first arrived at about 6 on Saturday after the leasing office closed so we had some momentary anxiety about not having a parking permit, but got a fairly quick response to our call to their message service and was directed to the lock box that had all of our paperwork in it. The unit had beach toys only thing missing was an umbrella, which we easily solved by hopping back across the bridge to walmart.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at this property. The only problems were uncomfortable living room furniture, low water pressure, & a couple of electrical problems that didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. Also the weather could have been warmer, but we can’t control Mother Nature.

Loads of amenities

The property is loaded with everything you need. They supplied all beach necessities, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, balls, toys, and sandcastle building supplies. There were loads of bath towels and sink soaps. Even starter shampoo and conditioner. I do like to bring my own kitchen supplies because other visitors are hard on pots and pans. But there were all the kitchen items you would expect and even some spices and starter cleaning supplies. They even had nice toilet paper, which is a rarity in many rentals. The only downside is the property window is above the pool which can get a bit noisy during the day. But if you have kids and enjoy the pool, it may not be an issue for you. You will need to keep hot showers to 10-15 minutes as the hot water seems limited. Keep in mind that check out is at 9:00am, so if you are not an early riser, set an alarm. All-in-all the property is nice and the location has much less traffic than the other side of the island, which makes driving on and off the island much easier. A nice property and I would recommend it.

Very clean!

Our unit was very clean and as advertised. It was nice having the additional benefit of a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything worked fine. The rental agency was also very responsive. The only thing is if you sleep in the extra bedroom it is very noisy after 7:00am with trash trucks and other maintenance trucks coming and going. Also other units were having work done creating noise but all that was in no way the fault of the unit owner. If we needed zen we went down to the beach.

Great Location

Great beachfront location, easy parking and check-in, and very clean unit. Adequate kitchen facilities and cookware and great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The door to the balcony wouldn't close/lock properly and It took a while to reach and get a response from the manager, but this didn't impact our stay. There was exterior painting occurring that blocked the view for part of a day, but all in all a good place to stay.

Perfect Family Vacation

So glad we stayed on the north end of the beach. It was definitely quieter than a mile down. The location was great, the balcony was my favorite. Wonderful view, super close to the beach. I wasn’t sure about the first floor, but it was really nice & convenient. The provided beach chairs & toys were really appreciated. Super easy parking at the unit. Fully stocked. No complaints! Thanks so much!!
