Beachfront Condo with Balcony! Estero Beach & Tennis Club #406A

Welcome to our beachfront Estero Beach and Tennis Club property located at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. Our unit has recently been updated with new kitchen and furniture. This beach front condo has many amenities to make your stay comfortable including Free Wi-Fi, cable, linens and towels, a divider between the bedroom area and family room and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities of home. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex has a large heated swimming pool with poolside lounge chairs, BBQs, an open parking lot, tennis courts, and walking trails. Enjoy walking on the sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico water at your doorstep. There are many venues within walking distance including Santini Plaza (restaurants and shops), a CVS and Pincher's Beach Bar. A local trolley can take you to Lovers Key or to the North-end of Fort Myers Beach (Time Square area). Make this condo your next vacation spot!

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat (from Christmas to Easter)NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

It was great but 

it was too short.

They are doing work on the property
. As I came from the beach 
. I did not notice a wire in the grass .. I tripped on it ( I am 77 ) EMS was called .. I was shaken and bruised my hand and leg
. It was just the beginning of the vacation 
. I stayed in my room for a few day 
..there should have be a warning sign

Excellent Getaway

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect with several restaurants within walking distance. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was very helpful to have starters of essentials. (Another bonus were the beach towels, chairs, and cooler for beach use..) I appreciated ample towels for use throughout our stay. The view from the balcony was fabulous.

Everything was fabulous!

The property was perfect from the moment we arrived. The lush green areas, beautiful palms and flowers, and and a breathtaking view. We discovered delicious local eateries and some places that we will forward to visiting again. My husband and I enjoyed our visit and look forward to a quick return.

This is the best location on Fort Myers Beach. Not so crowded. Good restaurants across the street and Flippers close by. The apartment was compact but perfect for two people. Comfortable bed.

Best of both worlds

The property was lovely . very comfortable with a huge super-king bed . Everything was good quality , cutlery ,dishes, linen etc , and was in plentiful supply . We have stayed in this building before ,but having a corner unit was a bonus , as we had views in both directions. We would love to return some time and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Love these condos!

Everything was just as described! The bed is so comfortable. Bathroom is recently updated as is kitchen. Some condos I have stayed in have staples stocked in there kitchens but this one had not much besides oil so stop and go shopping before you hit the island. The grocery store on the island is pricy and crowded. Try the restaurants and shops right across the street at Santini Plaza.
