Welcome to Seaside Resort 206, a freshly updated two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo where Gulf views and easy coastal living set the tone for your stay. Accommodating up to six guests, this inviting retreat is a comfortable choice for families, couples or friends vacationing together.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area filled with natural light and beautiful views of the Gulf. Comfortable seating and relaxed coastal décor create an easy place to unwind after a day on the beach. Gather for a movie on the smart TV, share a meal around the dining table or simply settle in and watch the waves from the comfort of the living room. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations when needed.

Slide open the doors to your private screened balcony, where the Gulf feels just beyond your fingertips. Begin the morning with coffee and the sound of the waves, enjoy the refreshing sea breeze during the afternoon or settle in for a colorful Fort Myers Beach sunset.

The upgraded kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and the essential cookware needed to prepare meals at home. Loved being right on the beach! Inside, the decor was tastefully done. There was also lots of towels, beach chairs & beach toys, making it easy to enjoy the sun & sand. Would definitely stay here again!

We just starting coming back to Fort Myers Beach last year after the 2022 hurricane. The are is slowing coming back. This location was. New for my wife and I. It was a real gem. Condo was newly renovated. Perfect location. Quite beach. Across from a Public’s store. It was perfect for our days there. Highly recommended!!!

The condo was gorgeous! It was newly renovated and everything looked brand new. Loved the decor, nicely done in beachy colors and materials. The condo was right on the beach and the views were amazing. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed and having Publix right across the street was convenient! I would stay here again for sure.

The location on Fort Meyers Beach and the view from this property is EVERYTHING! It really is like being on a tropical island. The inside is beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy and the owners were extremely accommodating. Our family will definitely stay here again this fall.

We had an a amazing time here. The condo and property was beautiful and clean. Literally steps away to a gorgeous beach. Equally as close on the opposite side is Publix. Can’t say enough!
