Punta Rassa is a unique high-rise development overlooking the waters where the Caloosahatchee River merges with the Gulf of Mexico. With a large private pool and hot tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, playground, gazebo with sitting area, gas grills, 6 restaurants within walking distance and the Sanibel Princess evening cruise just a few steps away, this development will cater to all your needs in terms of relax and entertainment!
The Space:
The unit itself features two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and breathtaking views of San Carlos Bay from both the master bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom boasts a large King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a large vanity. The guest bedroom also has a large King bed and en-suite bathroom with tub and a large vanity. In terms of the cooking, guests will find all they could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals in the fully equipped kitchen of this residence. Enjoy the sea breeze from the large screened-in balcony with seating for up to six adults.
