There's much to like about the Edison Beach House. The location is terrific, just a short walk to the beach and with outstanding views from rooms. Rooms were very clean, and well laid out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only concern is that some maintenance has been deferred or delayed, with torn carpeting in a bedroom, rusty light fixtures in the bathroom, mis-matched light bulbs and thin / worn towels. If these issues are addressed, this would be an outstanding property. Still very much enjoyed our time there, recognizing that they're still recovering from the fall, 2022 hurricane, but tending to these minor maintenance items would be appreciated.

I booked this place for my vacation with my family based on the images that were on the website and upon arrival it was very depressing because the ares was affected by a hurricane and has not been restored and that is understandable but they should not continue selling with the Images of what was in the past, it seems to me that it is selling with deceptive advertising. In addition, there is not enough water in the showers, there is very little water.

I apologize you had that experience. My suggestion is in the future reserve another room type where the balconies aren't so close together.Our Full Front View rooms are the only balconies that are close.Regards,Dawn/Reservation

Tried for 50 minutes to contact property using info and phone number listed in confirmation email… was on our hour long drive to hotel to ensure room when Dawn called… big relief

I loved everything about this hotel. The people were amazing. Super friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Location was perfect. Will definitely come back again. This will be my new go to place!
