The room was SPOTLESS!! Clean as a whistle. Staff were more than friendly and efficient. Shower didn't have enough water pressure. Breakfast fruit had bruises...variety poor. Was super convenient to everything in the area.

I booked and paid for our room thru Hotels.com app. however when we arrived at the hotel the lady working the front desk said I had to pay. We hadn't slept in 36hrs so I didn't argue. Then I was told I had to leave cash deposit at the front desk. The lady was acting extremely bonkers. Couldn't stop moving and twitching long enough to get us checked in. She was clearly not ok. It took us over 30 minutes to check into a room we had booked AND paid for online, as well as completed precheck from the text LaQuinta had sent us. I had already loaded my ID and everything. We were only supposed to pick up our keys and go to our room. When we finally got our room it was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about the building itself. Located in very quiet area right off a main road with plenty of food options. Check out was with a different lady. She was very professional and clearly confused and upset by the things the other lady had done. I was relieved that my deposit was returned. I am looking into my credit card charges to make sure I was not charged twice for the room.

Yes the room was very clean, and the staff was kind and friendly with everyone. The morning breakfast was wonderful. Not just a continental breakfast but a full breakfast!

The room had an awefull smell as soon as we walked in, we put up with it since we were only there for one night, every other area inside the room was okay. Staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good, parking was also great! The only major downside to the trip was a couple of dogs who barked all night and very early morning.

When I requested that our room be refreshed, I returned to find that it hadn’t been touched. So…I personally had to go down to the front desk get the towels, and paper products myself after emptying my own waste baskets etc.
