Fishing, swimming, boating, etc. is not permitted in the lakes.
Less than 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach, and easy access to Sannibel and Captiva Island and several golf courses and shopping centers.
Washer and dryer and laundry detergent provided.
Dining table has a hidden leaf to seat more people.
Maximum 8 people allowed.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please plan to maintain a respectful noise level if you book our property.
No boating, fishing or swimming is permitted in the lakes. Occasionally, there are alligators spotted in the lakes, please use caution when outside the lanai.
There are two cameras on the property. One is located on the front of the house viewing the driveway, and the second one is on the rear of the house facing part of the pool and the lake.
