While the beaches aren’t walkable from the condo, adventurous cyclists can reach Fort Myers Beach in about 45–60 minutes (around 9–10 miles), depending on your pace and traffic.

By Car: Most guests find a car the easiest way to get around. Fort Myers Beach is about a 15–20 minute drive, while Sanibel and Captiva Islands are roughly 25–40 minutes. Shopping, dining, and grocery stores are all within 5–10 minutes.

Public Transit & Rideshare: LeeTran buses serve the area and can take you to Fort Myers Beach, though travel time is longer. Uber and Lyft are also widely available for those who prefer not to drive.

After booking, all guests are required to complete an HOA rental approval form, which includes a standard background check. This is simply a formality of the HOA—all guests are approved. Once the form is submitted, the $229.50 fee single & $260 married. This needs to be done 2 weeks after booking.
