The unit boasts a spacious living room with ample seating arrangements. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, while the living area includes a queen fold-out sleeper sofa. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate dressing area with vanity. The kitchen is fully furnished and updated with stainless steel appliances.
Step out onto your private, furnished lanai through the sliding glass doors for a view of the 7th fairway of a professionally maintained 9-hole Executive Par 3 golf course. This rental includes a washer/dryer, cable/internet, and televisions in both the bedroom and living room.
The community offers numerous amenities, including four heated swimming pools, a spa, gym/fitness center, lighted hard and clay tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a brand-new clubhouse, an oceanfront restaurant and Tiki Bar, food trucks, and 3000 feet of private beach.
