The location is great. Wonderful view of the bay with a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Condo is great size for family of 5. Outdoor patio furniture is showing its wear and tear. We had a couple days of 60-65 degrees and the pools were comfortable. Hot tubs were big enough to accommodate the complex when the temperature was chilly.

SO family friendly!

We stayed here with our 18 month old and our friends who also have an 18 mo. The views were PERFECT. Your balcony outlooks the bay while your front outlooks the beach! Our condo had everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and toys, and a wagon! There were 7 of us and we were never crowded while inside. The walk to the pool and beach are super easy which we appreciated with two toddlers! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family wrapped up another trip to Destin this weekend. The condo was exactly as pictured. I loved the painted master furniture, it was very well done. Weve stayed in Destin many times, but this is the best condo weve ever stayed at. We had a terrible time getting here because our truck we use to pull the boat overheated. We had to turn around and go back home and borrow our nephew's truck. We got here way later than we hoped, and i realized after wal mart closed that i forgot the pack n play. I had no idea where to put our little girl to sleep. We got to the condo exhausted at midnight, and there was a pack n play in.the closet to use. It was such a blessing. The owners thought of everything. The view is great. Lots of pools, easy beach access, and our boat was right at the marina on the property. Our vacation was perfect. We will stay here again. The onlt negative is we looked all over and never found the trash chute.

The furniture had spills all over them. Sliding glass door needed cleaned. Door handle in master bathroom was falling off the door. Bunk room is super hot. Air conditioner condenser kept leaking water. Pools also needed more cleaning. Overall that didn't keep us from enjoying our vacation.
