This great looking, unit boasts a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a great meal. There is tile flooring throughout the spacious unit and a large, flat screen TV in the cozy living room. Whip open the curtains and you will enjoy great ocean views from your balcony and the ocean breeze to keep you company!

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Wonderful Place and Amazing View!

This was a wonderful stay! My boys had a blast! The place was very clean! It was much closer to the beach than the pictures show! We had an amazing view of the ocean! Both couches made a bed, which was perfect for me and my boys! We loved it and are ready to book our trip for next summer!

The unit was comfortable but needed serious upgrading and TLC. Chairs on balcony broken. Management promised to replace right away, never did!! Great location, close to pool and beach. Staff not very responsive. Quiet end of the beach.

PERFECT PLACE

This will be a detailed review. Before ever arriving I talked to 2 front desk rep quite often. They were SO SO NICE. We arrived after check in time 3-5. Before we arrived the front desk called and politely reminded us the passcode to the lock box and let us know our keys would be in the box. Which was so nice. Arrival and getting to our room was a breeze! Our room was VERY spacious and CLEAN! Plenty of space for everyone to move around. HUGE kitchen equipped with every item you need to cook. Very spacious balcony. The pool is excellent. We used the grill. I love the grass areas. Most places don’t have this. Lots of families playing catch in these areas. I loved the whole experience. A+

Beautiful

Our first time in Florida was a great stay. This unit was nice and clean. If you plan on cooking they only had one very small frying pan, and there was 6 of us. Other than that the unit had everything we needed. The view was great, one morning we even saw dolphins swimming in the ocean. Nice view of the beach, there are palm trees blocking a bit of the view but it was still beautiful and I could see my hubby and kids in the pool as well. Location was nice and quiet, we did drive to miramar beach and found that beach area very congested with rows and rows of set up umbrellas. It was easy to get a nice place to sit on the beach here. We were not expecting the sea grass which was a bit disappointing and stinky. The locals say it usually doesn't stay as long and it was common in June but usually gone by July. We headed east to the public Henderson beach ($6 to park) where there was no sea grass and the water was crystal clear. We had paddle boards delivered to the beach which was so fun. Locals told us about many good restaurants like the "original crab shack" on the bay for great seafood or "Helen back" for some great pizza and a chance to feed the fish right off the dock where you sit. At night we went on the beach with flashlights and saw many crabs running around, kids loved it. Overall it was a great experience, would recommend this unit and location. Perfect for our family.
