The Space:

This 1800 square foot loft apartment is nestled in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach. The second-floor balcony overlooks the Landing, a beautiful waterfront park, with an intracoastal waterway view. You are located within 100 meters of most of the bars, restaurants, entertainment downtown, and less than 2 miles from the beautiful beaches. The loft is adjacent to 2 large parking lots that are free 24-hour parking. The loft is perfect for families or just a getaway for you and a few friends. It has 1 king primary bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 full baths, plus an open bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Within walking distance is multiple restaurants, retail shops, and more!

Great loft

We had a great time starting here. There was so much room and right across from a park. The only downside was sometimes finding parkingin the public lot but we were in a transit van so bigger than most vehicles

Beautiful and convenient Downtown Loft

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located downtown across the street from the bay/park. You do have to take stairs to the 2nd floor (no elevator). There were restaurants and gifts shops in walking distance. I did find towels hanging on hooks behind master bedroom door that didn’t appear to be clean other than that the apartment was clean. There was extra pillows/linen. I would have appreciated being informed ahead of time that no dishwashing liquid/dishwasher liquid would be provided. They do provide a roll of paper towels, toilet tissue, and a few garbage bags. Used the washer but the dryer was extremely loud so we dried our beachwear/towels outside. The outdoor spaces were nice.

Nice condo in a fun area

Access across the bridge was excellent even on heavy traffic days due to proximity to the bridge. The area is vibrant and fun with plenty of restaurant and bar activity nearby.
