Enjoy an amazing, unobstructed view of the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from this 4TH floor, 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom luxurious CORNER unit. One of the few 2 bedroom condos at Pelican Isle that features a wrap-around balcony where you can sit back, relax, and take in the most magical sunsets along the Gulf coast. Watch the flat screen TV in the elegant main living area while you take in the exquisite view from the sofa or the electric arm chair. The glass-topped dining table has 4 wooden chairs plus 3 raised seats at the beautiful granite bar that faces the open kitchen. The master bedroom has a full bath with jacuzzi tub, king size bed, and access to its OWN private balcony. The lovely guest room has a queen size bed and access to a full hall bathroom. Both rooms have flat screen TVs for evening entertainment. 401 is an excellent choice for your family vacation!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, bunk beds in the hallway and, sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Great family weekend

Condo was great for five, two couples and an infant. There were a couple of bunk beds in the hallway which we didn't use but were interesting. The issue I'd see is that the living room is open to this hallway. So, if there were kids in these bunks, they'd have difficulty getting to sleep if the adults were in the living room. But, this was not an issue for us. Property was clean, as advertised and in a great, Gulf front location.

Family vacation

My balcony door didn't lock until the evening before we checked out, my front door stuck, the air conditioning never worked--there wete multiple companies there to "fix" the entire buildings air, wasnt fixed the entire time we stayed there. My refrigerator would randomly leak leaving a huge puddle of water in the floor randomly. The view was amazing, the balcony was nice, the rooms were nice. One TV in the bunk beds didn't work at all. The ice machine in the refrigerator would dispense 2 cubes (not crushed--it wouldn't do crushed ice) and then wouldn't dispense anything else.

Great unit and property

Everything was nice and as advertised. Better quality furniture and beds and a better stocked kitchen than most beach condos, especially cheaper ones. Balconies and view were awesome. It's not walkable to much and the restaurant scene on Okaloosa isn't great, but it was a quiet beach, nice complex, and short drive to anything you'd need.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Perfect location and very roomy. Loved the extended balcony. The downfall was that we only had one dish cloth and no dish towels. The first time we washed the dish cloth it fell apart. Not enough to keep us from coming back but just a note to owners.

Great location

The condo was a nice size for our family of 5. I liked the app they use. It was easy and convenient. We loved the balcony and being able to see so much of the beach. We saw dolphins almost every morning.

Prefect, restful vacation!

Great view! Easy access to restaurants! Clean, safe and comfortable! Perfect for a girls’ trip! Free umbrella and chairs are a plus, but must reserve them daily so get up early if you want the front row. Attendant would only reserve for owners or groups. Overall great week
 definitely would stay again!

Second Year

This is our second year staying in 401 during May and much is unchanged. The beds were comfortable, the linens are clean and the kitchen is well stocked with about anything you may need except a waffle iron, even Tupperware for leftovers. The complex is well tended to by staff daily who kindly hold the doors open for you if they are around. If I could change anything, it would include a fee-based or deposit-based small breed inclusion. Aside from that, minor things like a new sofa (the pull-out is really hard to use, we believe some metal has been bent over years of use) and the pool furniture is still the strappy kind, works perfectly well, it’s just dated. No real complaints here from my family, we enjoy the quieter, more calm atmosphere in contrast to Destin. The location of this complex is just close enough to be convenient to most things, however in the summer or high-season, I can absolutely see the traffic turning into a nightmare. See you in 2024 401!

Beautiful location

This unit was very nice. Master featured jet tub & hand held shower head. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare just about anything. Only downside was the dining room table and coffee table were entirely too big for the space. They consumed the entire room making it hard to move around in that area. Also the pull out couch has seen better days, it was difficult to pull out & put back and impossible without moving the huge coffee table.

Great, a full 2 miles from commercialization. Quiet, except for painters painting exterior of complex. Had to have maintenance repair ceiling fan and remove excess ice from ice maker coil, but other than that and painters taking up half the parking lot, stay was fine

Excellent stay!

This property is perfect for a trip to the Fort Walton/Destin area. Directly on the beach with beach chair service, washer/dryer, excellent views from multiple balconies, and it was very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here and we would stay again in a second. It was also really nice to have a parking spot in the garage reserved for us that also has carts available to get your items up to the condo. The pool was great for us and the kids and it was very clean as well. We really had a great time there and can’t wait to get back for some more fun in the sun!!! Thank you Brooks and Shorey—-

Pelican Isle/Brooks & Shorey are the best!

We have been staying at Pelican Isle for 10 years now. We love it and won't stay anywhere else. This unit was wonderful. Unfortunately for us, we had bad neighbors above and below us and a half a week of bad beach experience. Everyone around us smoked on the balconies so we couldn't sit out and enjoy ours. I wish there was something the property could do. This was NOT anything against Brooks and Shorey or this property. This unit was super clean and very nice. We are old pros so we know everything to pack so we didn't need another thing. My only recommendation is TALL CHAIRS on the balconies!!!! We've stayed in many units with short chairs and all you do is stare at the railing. Invest in 2 tall chairs so people can comfortably see the ocean view they paid to enjoy.

Excellent place to stay

This place was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect. Very quite peaceful property. Amazing views of the ocean. The dolphins put on a show for us at least twice a day All 6 days we were there. I will definitely be staying here again. With this being a corner unit with a wrap around balcony, you get all the best views from all angles. The balcony off the bedroom is great to for the sun rise.
