Welcome to our budget friendly, Family RV Camper for up to 5 guests.. It is centrally located in Fort Walton Beach just minutes away from beaches, restaurants, groceries and retail stores. Many other entertainment options, make it easy to explore the local area. It is also close to two Large Air Force Bases. Our cozy and rustic RV is perfect for anyone with an adventurous heart who enjoys "Glamping" but is still looking for all the conveniences offered by the city.

THE SPACE
This RV offers a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a dining area with seating for four. The master bedroom with a queen size bed, closets and a pocket door provides privacy from the rest of the RV. Two queen size bunk beds may accommodate up to 3 guests. The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

The Outdoor space has a wooden deck, patio furniture and fire pit. Small boats under 20ft or Jet skis are welcome.

Our listing is for an RV site, ladies "leave your heels at home" however, flip flops are highly recommended. Please also notice our site is not an RV park.

GUEST ACCESS
Our RV site is fully fenced, and Guests will have access to the grounds within the RV camp as well as the deck located outside the site.
There is a Cigar and Coffee Shop next to us. They have granted us permission to use their parking spaces if needed. Small boats or Jet skis are welcome as long as they parked closer to the RV site. This parking is not fenced but it is very well lit, make sure you secure all your belongings at all times. There are boat launches within 10min driving distance from the site

Please notice that a small section of parking area is under construction, it will not affect your stay since it is located away from the RV.

TO KEEP IN MIND
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The host will do their best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee it due to their cleaning and maintenance schedule.

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your trip even better.

Give us the chance to resolve any issues you encounter before giving us a low review. We are also travelers and we understand that are business that do not care, we are NOT one of them. We care about your hard earn money and want you to come back.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but guests may smoke outside. We will provide you with Ashtrays per request
The host provides basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but guests should bring their own toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other personal items.
Guests are expected to leave the RV in a tidy condition, with dishes washed and put away, garbage disposed properly, and furniture returned to its original position.

The host is available to answer any questions or concerns during the stay via this platform

Great Place for a Getaway

We wanted a last minute beach getaway so we found this place. It was perfect! The owners were very friendly & helpful too! We plan to go again soon. We would highly recommend this place to stay.

RV was nice and had everything we needed. We were just a bit disappointed on the description of the location. The description made it seem like the RV was located in an actual RV park. It was a gated area with one other RV. It was a bit sketchy but we made the best of it. It also stated “water view” but it was a small creek next to it. I also texted about access to Disney but never got an answer but later found out it went to my email which I didn’t check as we were on vacation but that was no biggie. Although it was an ok stay I would not stay here again and will do better research next time.

The RV matched the listing. My children really enjoyed the cornhole boards. The owner was very friendly and even came out at 8:30 pm with an extra key when one of my kids locked us out. Check in and out process was simple. Would stay here again .
