Take a walk across the street to enjoy local restaurants such as Stewby’s, or Aj’s Seafood and Oyster Bar. Unit is very nicely appointed with comfy furniture & tons of linens for your use. The pool on site is pristine and has easy beach access which includes chairs/umbrellas for your convenience. Everything was clean when we arrived & all items in working order. I would stay here again. The only reason I rated location a 4 instead of a 5 is because while there is a partial view of the ocean from the balcony, there is also a partial view of the roof of the Hampton Inn next door. It's not a deal-breaker, but if you're looking for unobstructed ocean views or exactly beachfront, this unit is missing a little something.

Clean and Comfy

This was a last minute trip we decided to take the week of to end our summer break. I was a little nervous to book here since we had never stayed in Ft. Walton before and there weren’t many last minute condos available. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the decor looked nice. We loved the location. It was convenient to everything. We enjoyed having the beach set up included with our room. We would definitely book with them again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats 408. Everything was as pictured and advertised. The only thing I would recommend would be to not have carpet in the bedrooms. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you!

Clean, great location, easy check-in

This property was booked pre-covid and the property management team was so flexible with my ever changing dates. When we got there the condo was exactly what I expected and hoped for! Additionally, the condo was very well stocked with dishes, cleaning supplies, blankets and towels. I literally just had to get food for the week. Amazing! Thank you for allowing us to the stay the week...it was amazing!!!
