Loved easy access to pools and beach. Apartment is close to parking and elevators,so super convenient. Beds and couch were comfortable, pillows were a bit hard not fluffy. Kitchen had most everything needed for simple meals. Would stay again

Had a great time!

We love staying at waterscape when we visit the beach. The amenities are unbeatable, and this unit was updated and very nice. They’ve automated the checkin/checkout process which saved time and was very convenient. Speaking of convenience, it’s a short walk from the parking garage and you can step right out on the patio and head straight to the pools. It’s a literal hop, skip, jump from the splash pad if you have littles in your group. The host was on point with their communication and very easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

Waterscape Condo

This is a nice condo, perfectly situated for a family with young kiddos.... close to pool and activities. Very close to the garage. Just and FYI to any Seniors (like ourselves) that does make it the farthest to the beach. As it is designated as a handicap unit, it would be nice if there was a chair in the bathroom to sit for dressing etc. Also, both of the high top table & chairs , do make it a bit more challenging. But, perfect for most people !

Waterscape Condos are well maintained and the extensive pools and beaches were enjoyed by all! Condo is well maintained, location near garage on main floor is convenient to loading and unloading belongings.

Family Friendly & Easy Beach Access

If you are looking for a family friendly spot, this is definitely it! We traveled to Waterscape from Cincinnati, OH for spring break - we are a family of 4 (kids ages 6 & 4). A heated pool was a must for us since our break was so early this year and this part of FL is still on the cooler side in early March. We were fortunate to have 3 great pool days - our rental was just a short walk to the one that was heated, which made going back and forth hassle-free. The larger pool with the lily pads wasn't quite warm enough this time of year, but there were still quite a few kids (mine included) who were able to make use of it. Beach access was also perfect! As far as the unit itself, it was very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Everything was as described and having the washer and dryer definitely came in handy. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the bunk beds were not as clean as I would prefer - lots of crumbs, lint, etc on the sides. One suggestion I would make for the master bath is for Coastal Vibes to consider adding a small cabinet next to the sink. Both bathrooms have pedestal style sinks with zero counter space, so getting ready and storing toiletries, cosmetics, etc. for the week was a challenge. This is minor, but since the master bath is large and adding a side table/cabinet appears to be feasible, I thought it was worth mentioning. We had a great trip and would absolutely consider booking this unit again.

Disappointing ocean view

Our condo with an 'ocean view' only was a view of the sky above the water in the direction of the ocean. Our condo was in the corner the farthest from beach and very loud due to street noise, maintenance, and other patrons near parking garage and area. Very dirty inside and out. Disappointing home away from home in a beautiful area. Thank goodness the nearby beach soothed me.

Fun Stay!
