The staff was amazing. I arrived very early and asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate. I was so grateful after a non-stop 18 hour drive. I will highly recommend this place to FW visitors.

Friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean comfortable room. Walk in shower and fluffy towels. Shampoo and body wash containers were full. Lotion provided, too. The bed was really great! We slept so soundly. Breakfast was good! Lots of selection of hot and cold foods. The pool was warm and there were plenty of towels available.

It was a nice place to stay, pool was heated. Breakfast was good, basic, but good and service was friendly. I called ahead to see if a room was ready and they accommodated us.

Was just meh. The rooms look nice but the bathrooms are kinda junky. Bad maintenance work, TP dispenser hanging off the wall, gross carpeting in the halls, no ice on the 2nd or 3rd floors. Can't even read the fire evacuation signs because the lettering is worn off. At a La Quinta tonight. Much nicer

The best thing about my stay was Shante who was at the front desk. It was cold, snowy and I was tired. She made me feel at home and took great care of me while there. Any business would be proud to have her working for them - hope this word gets back to her manager please
